ལྷ་མོ་ནག་མོ་ཆེན་མོའི་གཟུངས། ལྷ་མོ་ནག་མོ་ཆེན་མོའི་གཟུངས། རྒྱ་གར་སྐད་དུ། དེ་བཱི་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལཱི་ནཱ་མ་དྷཱ་ར་ཎཱི། བོད་སྐད་དུ། ལྷ་མོ་ནག་མོ་ཆེན་མོའི་གཟུངས། སངས་རྒྱས་དང་། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །འདི་སྐད་བདག་གིས་ཐོས་པ་དུས་གཅིག་ན། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མངོན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་ནས་རིང་པོ་མ་ལོན་པ་ཞིག་ན་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་ཤིང་དྲུང་ན་བཞུགས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་འདོད་པའི་ཁམས་ཀྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་མ། བདུད་ཀྱི་ཡུམ། གཤིན་རྗེའི་ལྕམ་མོ་ལྷ་མོ་ནག་མོ་ཆེན་མོས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་ལན་གསུམ་བསྐོར་བ་བྱས་ཏེ་ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་ཏུ་འདུག་གོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་ལྷ་མོ་ནག་མོ་ཆེན་མོས་གསོལ་པ། བཙུན་པ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཞབས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བའི་རིག་པ་འདི་འབུལ་ན། བདག་གི་དེ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཞེས་སུ་གསོལ། དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། བདུད་ཀྱི་ཡུམ་གཤིན་རྗེའི་ལྕམ་མོ་ལྷ་མོ་ནག་མོ་ཆེན་མོས་སྟེང་དུ་ནི་གཞན་འཕྲུལ་དབང་བྱེད་ལ་ཐུག་པ་མན་ཆད་བཅིང་བར་བྱའོ། །འོག་ཏུ་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་ལ་ཐུག་པ་ཡན་ཆད་བཅིང་བར་བྱའོ། །ཐད་ཀ་ཁོ་ར་ཁོར་ཡུག་ཏུ་ནི་རིལ་ཐུག་པ་ཚུན་ཆད་བཅིང་བར་བྱའོ། །དེའི་སྔགས་འདི་དག་ཀྱང་བཟླས་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཨོཾ་རུ་རུ་བི་ཏིཥྛ་བདྷོ་ཧྶི་རུ་རུ་རོ་རུ་བི་ཏིཥྚ་བ་དྷོ་ཏྶི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། འདི་བཏོན་པས་རིམས་དང་། ནད་དང་། མི་ངས་དང་། ཉེས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། མཛེ་དང་། ཕོལ་མིག་དང་གཡན་པ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞི་བར་འགྱུར་རོ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ལྷ་མོ་ནག་མོ་ཆེན་མོའི་གཟུངས་རྫོགས་སྷོ།། ལྷ་མོ་ནག་མོ་ཆེན་མོའི་གཟུངས།

黑女神大明咒。 黑女神大明咒。 印度语：デーヴィーマハーカーリーナーマダーラニー (devī mahākālī nāma dhāraṇī)。 藏语：黑女神大明咒。 顶礼一切佛与菩萨！ 如是我闻，一时，世尊现证菩提后不久，住在菩提树下。 之后，欲界自在母，魔母，阎罗之妹黑女神大明母，世尊绕三匝后，于一处安住。 之后，黑女神大明母启请世尊： 尊者，我欲献上顶礼世尊之足之明咒，祈请世尊纳受。 之后，世尊开示： 魔母阎罗之妹黑女神大明母，上方直至他化自在天，下方直至有情地狱，四面八方直至芥子，皆应束缚。 此等明咒亦应念诵： 达地雅塔。 嗡 汝汝 毗底提叉 班多 诃悉 汝汝 柔汝 毗底提叉 巴多 德悉 梭哈。（梵文：ॐ रुरु वितिष्ठ बन्धो हसि रुरु रोरु वितिष्ठ बद्धो त्सि स्वाहा，罗马转写：oṃ ruru vitiṣṭha bandho hasi ruru roru vitiṣṭha baddho tsi svāhā， 嗡，汝汝，安住，束缚，诃悉，汝汝，柔汝，安住，束缚，德悉，梭哈。） 念诵此咒，瘟疫、疾病、不悦、一切罪过、麻风、眼疾、疥疮等一切疾病皆得平息，梭哈。 黑女神大明咒圆满。 黑女神大明咒。

The Great Dharani of the Black Goddess. The Great Dharani of the Black Goddess. In Sanskrit: Devī Mahākālī Nāma Dhāraṇī. In Tibetan: The Great Dharani of the Black Goddess. Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Thus have I heard, at one time, the Bhagavan, not long after having attained complete enlightenment, was dwelling under the Bodhi tree. Then, the sovereign mother of the desire realm, the mother of demons, the sister of Yama, the Great Black Goddess, circumambulated the Bhagavan three times and sat down in one place. Then, the Great Black Goddess beseeched the Bhagavan: Venerable One, I wish to offer this vidya that prostrates at the feet of the Bhagavan, please accept it, Bhagavan. Then, the Bhagavan spoke: Mother of demons, sister of Yama, Great Black Goddess, upwards, bind as far as the Paranirmita-vasavartin heaven; downwards, bind as far as the hells of sentient beings; and in all directions, bind as far as a mustard seed. These mantras should also be recited: Tadyatha. Om ruru vitistha bandho hasi ruru roru vitistha baddho tsi svaha.
