能背诵一千颂陀罗尼。 能背诵一千颂陀罗尼。 顶礼三宝！ 顶礼诸佛无碍示现者！ 顶礼具足大慈大悲之菩萨摩诃萨圣观自在！ 嗡 达地雅他。 嘎瓦匝嘎尔纳拉拉德 梭哈。（Tadyathā. Kava Tsakarṇalalade Svāhā.） 在水中念诵七遍，洗脸，一切众生都会欢喜。 其仪轨为，在圣观自在前，置水，念诵七遍后饮用。早上将食物与牛奶和糌粑混合食用，如此行持七日，一日也能背诵一千颂。能背诵一千颂陀罗尼完毕！ 能背诵一千颂陀罗尼。

The Dharani for Reciting a Thousand Shlokas. The Dharani for Reciting a Thousand Shlokas. Homage to the Three Jewels! Homage to the Buddhas who show unobstructed manifestation! Homage to the noble Avalokiteśvara, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, endowed with great compassion! Tadyathā. Kava Tsakarṇalalade Svāhā. Recite this seven times over water, and washing the face with it will make all beings rejoice. The ritual for this is to place water before the noble Avalokiteśvara, recite it seven times and drink it. In the morning, mix food with milk and tsampa and eat it.
