འཕགས་པ་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས། འཕགས་པ་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས། རྒྱ་གར་སྐད་དུ། ཨཱརྱ་སརྦ་རོ་ག་པྲ་ཤ་མ་ནི་ནཱ་མ་དྷཱ་ར་ཎཱི།བོད་སྐད་དུ། འཕགས་པ་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས། སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །འདི་སྐད་བདག་གིས་ཐོས་པ་དུས་གཅིག་ན། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མཉན་ཡོད་ན་རྒྱལ་བུ་རྒྱལ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཚལ་མགོན་མེད་ཟས་སྦྱིན་གྱི་ཀུན་དགའ་ར་བ་ན་བཞུགས་ཏེ། དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དགེ་སློང་རྣམས་ལ་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། དགེ་སློང་དག་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་གྲངས་འདི་ཟུང་ཤིག །ཆོངས་ཤིག །ལྷོགས་ཤིག །ཀུན་ཆུབ་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག །གཞན་དག་ལ་ཡང་རྒྱ་ཆེར་ཡང་དག་པར་སྟོན་ཅིག །ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཙི་ལི་མི། ཙི་ལི་མི། པན་ན་ཀོ་ཀི་ལི། ཤྲཱི་མ་ཏི། ཀུཎྜ་ལི་དུནྡུ་བྷི། ཨིནྡྲ་ནི་མུ་ཁེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། འདི་དག་ནི་ཟས་མ་ཞུ་བ་དང་། སྦོས་པ་དང་། ཁྲག་དང་མཁྲིས་པ་འདྲེས་པ་དང་། གཞང་འབྲུམ་གྱིས་བཏབ་པ་དང་། གཞང་ནད་ཅན་དང་། ཟ་ཁུ་དང་། ལུད་པ་ཅན་དང་། རིམས་ནད་ཅན་དང་། ཀླད་པ་ན་བ་དང་། གཞོགས་ཕྱེད་ན་བ་དང་། ཡི་དགས་ཀྱིས་ཟིན་པའི་གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་གཞི་ཡིན་ཏེ། ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་གང་གསང་སྔགས་གཞི་འདི་དག་ལས་འགལ་བར་བྱེད་པ་དེ་ནི་ངས་ལྷ་དང་བཅས་པའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ན་མ་མཐོང་ངོ་། །ཚེ་ཟད་པ་ནི་མ་གཏོགས་སོ། །གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་གཞི་འདི་དག་ནི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པ་སྟེ། འདི་ལ་སངས་རྒྱས་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མཆོག་གོ། །འདོད་ཆགས་དང་བྲལ་བ་ནི་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མཆོག་གོ། །དགེ་འདུན་ནི་ཚོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མཆོག་གོ། །བདེན་པའི་ཚིག་དང་། བདེན་པའི་ངག་འདིས་བདག་གིས་ཟོས་པ་དང་། འཐུངས་པ་དང་། འཆོས་པ་དང་། མྱངས་པ་རྣམས་ལེགས་པར་བདེ་ བར་ཞུ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ནས། དགེ་སློང་དེ་དག་ཡི་རངས་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པ་ལ་མངོན་པར་བསྟོད་དོ། །འཕགས་པ་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས་རྫོགས་སྷོ།། འཕགས་པ་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས།

圣者一切疾病完全寂静之陀罗尼。 圣者一切疾病完全寂静之陀罗尼。 印度语：阿雅萨尔瓦罗嘎札夏玛尼 纳玛 达拉尼。藏语：圣者一切疾病完全寂静之陀罗尼。 顶礼一切佛与菩萨！ 如是我闻，一时，薄伽梵在舍卫城，胜幢王子的花园，给孤独施主的祇陀林中。 之后，薄伽梵告诸比丘：诸比丘，受持此法类！ 读诵！ 背诵！ 完全通达！ 亦为其他众生广为如实宣说！ 怛[口*也]他。 孜利米。 孜利米。 班纳郭吉利。 希利玛帝。 滚扎利 敦度比。 因扎尼 穆克 梭哈。 这些是不消化，腹胀，血与胆混合，痔疮侵扰，痔疮病，瘙痒，痰多，瘟疫病，脑痛，半身痛，被饿鬼所持之真言之基。 具寿阿难陀，谁能违越这些真言之基，我在包括天神在内的世间中未曾见过。 唯有寿命耗尽者除外。 这些真言之基是如来、应供、正等觉所宣说。 于此，佛是一切有情之胜者。 离贪是诸法之胜者。 僧伽是僧众之胜者。 以真实之语和真实之语，愿我所食、所饮、所舔、所尝皆得良好安乐消化 梭哈。 薄伽梵如是宣说后，诸比丘心生欢喜，对薄伽梵所说深表赞叹。 圣者一切疾病完全寂静之陀罗尼圆满。 圣者一切疾病完全寂静之陀罗尼。

The Noble Dhāraṇī that Completely Pacifies All Diseases. The Noble Dhāraṇī that Completely Pacifies All Diseases. In Sanskrit: Ārya Sarva Roga Praśama Nī Nāma Dhāraṇī. In Tibetan: The Noble Dhāraṇī that Completely Pacifies All Diseases. Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Thus have I heard. At one time, the Blessed One was dwelling in Śrāvastī, in the Jeta Grove, in the Garden of Anāthapiṇḍada, the grove of Prince Jeta. Then, the Blessed One addressed the monks: Monks, hold this category of Dharma! Recite it! Memorize it! Fully understand it! And extensively and truthfully explain it to others! Tadyathā. Cili mi. Cili mi. Panna Koki li. Śrīmati. Kuṇḍali Dundubhi. Indra ni Mukhe Svāhā. These are the basis of the mantra for indigestion, bloating, mixture of blood and bile, afflicted by hemorrhoids, hemorrhoid disease, itching, phlegm, epidemic disease, brain pain, half-body pain, and being possessed by hungry ghosts. Venerable Ānanda, I have not seen in this world, including the gods, anyone who can transgress these mantra bases. Except for those whose lifespan is exhausted. These mantra bases are spoken by the Tathāgata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened One. Here, the Buddha is the best of all sentient beings. Freedom from attachment is the best of all dharmas. The Sangha is the best of all assemblies. With the words of truth and the speech of truth, may what I have eaten, drunk, licked, and tasted be well and happily digested, Svāhā.
