Whoever holds, recites, understands, offers, or writes this mantra called the great vidya mantra queen, the victorious one, or places the scripture in a village, city, town, region, royal palace, or temple, then the assembly of attendants there, along with countless billions of yakshas, will follow the mantra holder, defending against all attacks and enemies within eight thousand yojanas, and setting boundaries. All wars, bloodshed, fights, battles, arguments, and conflicts, and all harms, will be removed. May it be turned back. Then the Bhagavan praised the great king Vaishravana, saying, "Well done! Well done! Great king, well done! Well done! You who act for the benefit and happiness of all sentient beings, for compassion, and for the protection of the Dharma, are a great Bodhisattva, benefiting all sentient beings. Well done!" This great vidya mantra queen, the victorious one, if she protects, rescues, saves, and brings peace and happiness to someone, then weapons cannot harm their body. Vajrapani, you should uphold, recite, write, and fully understand this scripture called the great vidya queen, the Victorious One. Vajrapani, in the future, in the last five hundred years of the degenerate age, when the sacred Dharma is declining, there will appear yakshas and rakshasas who will steal radiance, be filled with fierce minds, be extremely hateful, and short-lived kings who practice non-dharma and rule the country with non-dharma. At that time, this great vidya queen, the Victorious One, will exist for the benefit and destruction of all beings who harbor unequal minds, hateful minds, and hatred. This great vidya queen, the Victorious One, who completely destroys all mandalas of demons, has been spoken, blessed, and sealed by countless billions of Buddhas. This great vidya queen, the Victorious One, is revered by all the gods. Then, the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, said to the Bhagavan: "Bhagavan, what is the name of this Dharma teaching? How should we uphold it?" The Bhagavan replied: "Vajrapani, therefore, you should uphold this Dharma teaching called 'Tathagatagarbha and Seal.' You should also uphold this teaching called 'The great vidya queen, the Victorious One, who completely destroys all mandalas of demons.'" After the Bhagavan spoke thus, the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, the great King Vaishravana, and all the complete retinues, as well as the gods, humans, asuras, gandharvas, and other beings of the world, rejoiced and praised the words of the Bhagavan.
