Bhagavan, when I become hungry, I release a breath. That breath fills all the realms of the four continents. Bhagavan, I steal the splendor of all humans and non-humans. As soon as the great breath touches sentient beings, various diseases arise. Bhagavan, wherever the king of vidyā-mantras called the great breath is practiced, my breath cannot enter, and the elements will not cause harm. Any son or daughter of a family who, after prostrating to the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, wears it on their head or neck, will not experience diseases caused by wind, bile, phlegm, or a combination of them.
