《圣者施一切无畏陀罗尼》 《圣者施一切无畏陀罗尼》 印度语：阿雅萨尔瓦阿巴亚普拉达那玛达拉尼。 藏语：《圣者施一切无畏陀罗尼》。 向诸佛与菩萨众敬礼！ 如是我闻：一时，薄伽梵从摩揭陀国游行至庵没罗园，抵达后，住在庵没罗园的身光山王岩洞中。 其后，天帝释提桓因前往薄伽梵所在之处，抵达后，以头顶礼薄伽梵之足，退坐于一旁。于一旁坐定后，天帝释提桓因向薄伽梵禀白如下： “薄伽梵，阿修罗众极作损害。薄伽梵，阿修罗众是长期以来与我作对的仇敌。因此，恳请薄伽梵为我开示正法。” 如是禀白后，薄伽梵对天帝释提桓因开示如下： “天帝，你应受持施一切无畏之明咒，此咒能成办一切义利，能息灭一切怖畏，能息灭一切疾病，能摧伏一切毒害，能令一切兵器僵直，能令一切无足、二足、四足众生僵直，能摧毁一切怨敌，能摧毁迦楼罗、施度母之子、食肉者、忘却者、癫狂者、婆罗门罗刹、部多、起尸鬼、鸟鬼、恶臭鬼、夜魔、压迫鬼、压迫者、忘却鬼、天鬼、龙鬼、药叉鬼、乾闼婆鬼、紧那罗鬼、邪引鬼、以及能摧毁母鬼。能摧毁夺精气者、食鬘者、食香者、食花者、食熏香者、饮血者、饮脓者、食不净物者、以及极能摧毁饮尿者。”

The Dhāraṇī Called "The Noble Bestower of Fearlessness to All" The Noble Bestower of Fearlessness to All, Called Dhāraṇī. In Indian language: Ārya Sarva Abhaya Pradāna Nāma Dhāraṇī. In Tibetan language: The Dhāraṇī Called "The Noble Bestower of Fearlessness to All". Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Thus have I heard. At one time, the Blessed One, while traveling through the country of Magadha, went to the Mango Grove, and having arrived, dwelt in the rock cave of the Lord of the Mountain of Embodied Light in the Mango Grove. Then the Lord of the Gods, Indra, went to where the Blessed One was, and having arrived, bowed his head at the feet of the Blessed One and sat down to one side. Having sat down to one side, the Lord of the Gods, Indra, said this to the Blessed One: "Blessed One, the Asuras are doing great harm. Blessed One, the Asuras are enemies who have long opposed me. Therefore, Blessed One, I beseech you to teach me the Dharma." When he had said this, the Blessed One spoke to the Lord of the Gods, Indra, as follows: "Lord of the Gods, you should hold the knowledge-mantra that bestows fearlessness to all, which accomplishes all purposes, which completely pacifies all fears, which completely pacifies all diseases, which destroys all poisons, which makes all weapons rigid, which makes all footless, two-footed, and four-footed beings rigid, which destroys all enemies, which destroys the sky-goers, the sons of the Giving Mother, the flesh-eaters, the forgetters, the madmen, the Brahmin demons, the bhūtas, the corpses, the bird demons, the stinking ones, the night-goers, the oppressing demons, the oppressors, the forgetting demons, the god demons, the nāga demons, the yaksha demons, the gandharva demons, the kinnara demons, the heretical demons, and which destroys the Māra demons. It utterly destroys those who steal essence, those who eat garlands as food, those who eat incense as food, those who eat flowers as food, those who eat incense as food, those who drink blood, those who drink pus, those who eat impure things, and those who drink urine."

One will not die by drowning. All wisdom mantras, secret mantras, and combined practices will be unaccomplished by these combined practices. Then, he became invisible. After the Blessed One spoke thus, Indra, the lord of the gods, rejoiced and praised the words spoken by the Blessed One. Thus concludes the dhāraṇī called "Giving Fearlessness to All Noble Ones." Translated and revised by the Indian Abbot Jinamitra and Danaśīla, and the reviser-translator Bande Yeshe De, and finally established after being corrected with new language.
