Having transformed it into an image like... and abiding in front, it bestows fearlessness and protects. It increases glory. It subdues the opposing forces. It makes auspiciousness, purity, fame, splendor, and perfect abundance constantly abide. After the Bhagavan had spoken thus, the world, including Indra, the lord of the gods, gods, humans, asuras, and gandharvas, rejoiced and praised what the Bhagavan had said. Thus completes the dhāraṇī called "The Arm Ornament of the Peak of the Noble Victory Banner." Translated and revised by the Indian abbot Jinamitra and Danaśīla, and the reviser-translator Bande Yeshe De, and also corrected and finalized with newly established terminology.
