文殊一字咒。 文殊一字咒。 圣文殊菩萨真言一字仪轨。 怛[寧*也]他。 嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡） 剎尼（藏文：ཀྵྞཱི，梵文天城体：क्ष्णी，梵文罗马拟音：kṣṇī，汉语字面意思：剎尼）。 此秘密真言一字极为秘密。 能成办一切义，能作一切事，是一切如来之精华，能圆满一切希望。 赞诵于娑罗树木后佩戴，能消除牙痛。 眼睛疼痛时，将盐蓬草系上，诵七遍后敷于眼上，能消除眼病。 人体内有兵器碎片残留时，于陈旧酥油诵七遍或一百零八遍后服下，或涂于伤口，兵器碎片便会出来。 食物不消化，或肿胀嗳气，或因热病腹泻时，于海盐或盐蓬草，或任何其他盐诵七遍后食用，便能脱离该病，当日便会痊愈。 头痛时，于乌鸦羽毛诵七遍后扇动，该病便会痊愈。 文殊一字咒圆满。 文殊一字咒。

The One-Syllable Mantra of Manjushri. The One-Syllable Mantra of Manjushri. The ritual of the one-syllable mantra of Holy Manjushri. Tadyatha. Om（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om） Kshni（藏文：ཀྵྞཱི，梵文天城体：क्ष्णी，梵文罗马拟音：kṣṇī，汉语字面意思：Kshni）. This secret one-syllable mantra is extremely secret. It accomplishes all purposes, performs all actions, is the essence of all Tathagatas, and fulfills all hopes. If praised and worn on a toothbrush tree, it will cure toothache. For eye pain, tie on a Suaeda salsa, praise it seven times, and apply it to the eyes to cure eye diseases. If a fragment of a weapon remains in a person's body, praise old clarified butter seven or one hundred and eight times and ingest it, or apply it to the wound, and the fragment of the weapon will come out. For indigestion, bloating and belching, or diarrhea caused by fever, praise sea salt or Suaeda salsa, or any other salt, seven times and eat it, and one will be freed from the disease and recover on the same day.
