འཕགས་པ་གཟུངས་ཆེན་པོ། འཕགས་པ་གཟུངས་ཆེན་པོ། རྒྱ་གར་སྐད་དུ། ཨཱཪྱ་མ་ཧཱ་དྷཱ་ར་ཎཱི། བོད་སྐད་དུ། འཕགས་པ་གཟུངས་ཆེན་པོ། སངས་རྒྱས་དང་། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །འདི་སྐད་བདག་གིས་ཐོས་པ་དུས་གཅིག་ན། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མཉན་ཡོད་ན་རྒྱལ་བུ་རྒྱལ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཚལ་མགོན་མེད་ཟས་སྦྱིན་གྱི་ཀུན་དགའ་ར་བ་ན། དགེ་སློང་སྟོང་ཉིས་བརྒྱ་ལྔ་བཅུའི་དགེ་སློང་གི་དགེ་འདུན་ཆེན་པོ་དང་ཐབས་ཅིག་ཏུ་བཞུགས་ཏེ། དེའི་ཚེ་ན་ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་གནས་བཅས་སུ་དབྱར་གནས་དབྱར་ཟླ་བ་གསུམ་འདས་པ་དང་ཆོས་གོས་བྱས་ཏེ། ཆོས་གོས་ཟིན་ནས་ལྷུང་བཟེད་དང་ཆས་གོས་ཐོགས་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་སོང་ནས་ཕྱིན་པ་དང་། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཞབས་ལ་མགོ་བོས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཏེ་ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་ཏུ་འདུག་གོ། །ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་ཏུ་འདུག་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དོན་དང་། ཕན་པ་དང་། བདེ་བ་དང་། སྟོབས་དང་། གཟི་བརྗིད་ཀྱི་ཕྱིར་གཟུངས་ཆེན་པོའི་གསང་སྔགས་གཞི་འདི་དག་ཟུང་ཤིག །ཆོངས་ཤིག །ལོང་ཤིག །ལྷོགས་ཤིག །ཀུན་ཆུབ་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག །ཡིད་ལ་ཟུང་ཤིག །དེ་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེ་ན། ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་གཟུངས་ཆེན་པོའི་གསང་སྔགས་གཞི་རྣམས་ནི་རྙེད་པར་དཀའ་ཞིང་། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་འཇིག་རྟེན་དུ་འབྱུང་བ་ཡང་རྙེད་པར་དཀའ་བའི་ཕྱིར་ཏེ། དཔེར་ན་ཨུ་དུམ་བཱ་རའི་མེ་ཏོག་ལྟ་བུ་ཡིན་གྱིས། ཟུང་ཤིག །ཆོངས་ཤིག །ལོང་ཤིག ། ལྷོགས་ཤིག །ཡིད་ལ་ཟུངས་ཤིག །ཀུན་ཆུབ་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག །ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་དད་པའི་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུའམ། རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་མོ་གང་ལ་ལ་གཟུངས་ཆེན་པོའི་གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་གཞི་འདི་དག་འཆང་ངམ། འཛིན་ཏམ། ཀློག་གམ། ཡིད་ལ་འཛིན་ཏམ། ཀུན་ཆུབ་བར་བྱེད་ན་དེ་མཚོན་གྱིས་འཆི་བའི་དུས་བྱེད་པར་མི་འགྱུར། དུག་གིས་མ་ཡིན། མེས་མ་ཡིན། ཆུས་མ་ཡིན། རྒྱལ་པོས་ཆད་པས་མ་ཡིན་ཏེ། དུས་མ་ཡིན་པར་འཆི་བའི་དུས་བྱེད་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ལྷ་དང་། ལྷ་མ་ཡིན་དང་། ཀླུ་དང་། རླུང་ལྷ་དང། ནམ་མཁའ་ལྡིང་དང་། དྲི་ཟ་དང་། མིའམ་ཅི་དང་། ལྟོ་འཕྱེ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་། གནོད་སྦྱིན་དང་། སྲིན་པོ་དང་། ཡི་དགས་དང་། ཤ་ཟ་དང་། གྲུལ་བུམ་དང་། སྲུལ་པོ་དང་། ལུས་སྲུལ་པོ་དང་། འབྱུང་པོ་དང་། བརྗེད་བྱེད་དང་། སྨྱོ་བྱེད་དང་། གནོན་པོ་དང།

圣大陀罗尼。 圣大陀罗尼。 印度语：ཨཱཪྱ་མ་ཧཱ་དྷཱ་ར་ཎཱི། (梵文天城体：आर्यमहाधारणी，梵文罗马拟音：āryamahādhāraṇī，汉语字面意思：圣大陀罗尼)。藏语：圣大陀罗尼。向诸佛和菩萨顶礼！如是我闻，一时，世尊在舍卫城，胜子林给孤独园。与一千二百五十位比丘的大比丘僧团在一起。那时，具寿阿难陀在有住处之城市中，安居三个夏季月后，制作了法衣。制作完法衣后，拿着钵和法衣，前往世尊所在之处。到达后，以头顶礼世尊之足，然后坐于一旁。坐于一旁后，世尊对具寿阿难陀说：“阿难陀，为了所有众生的利益、幸福、安乐、力量和荣耀，受持、念诵、读诵、背诵、完全理解、铭记这些大陀罗尼的秘密咒语之根本。为什么呢？阿难陀，这些大陀罗尼的秘密咒语之根本难以获得。如来、阿罗汉、正等觉在世间出现也难以获得。就像优昙婆罗花一样。受持、念诵、读诵、背诵、铭记、完全理解。阿难陀，任何具有信心的种姓之子或种姓之女，如果受持、执持、读诵、忆持、完全理解这些大陀罗尼的秘密咒语之根本，那么他/她不会因刀剑而死，不会因毒药而死，不会因火而死，不会因水而死，不会因国王的惩罚而死，不会非时而死。他们不会受到天、非天、龙、风神、迦楼罗、乾闼婆、紧那罗、大腹行、夜叉、罗刹、饿鬼、食肉者、瓮形鬼、恶鬼、身恶鬼、鬼怪、使人遗忘者、使人疯狂者、压迫者

The Noble Great Dharani. The Noble Great Dharani. In Indian language: Āryamahādhāraṇī. In Tibetan language: The Noble Great Dharani. Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Thus have I heard. Once, the Blessed One was dwelling in Shravasti, in the Jeta Grove, at Anathapindika's monastery. He was together with a great Sangha of monks, consisting of one thousand two hundred and fifty monks. At that time, the venerable Ananda, having spent the summer retreat of three summer months in a city with dwellings, made his Dharma robes. Having finished making his Dharma robes, he took his bowl and Dharma robes and went to where the Blessed One was. Having arrived, he bowed his head at the feet of the Blessed One and sat to one side. Having sat to one side, the Blessed One spoke thus to the venerable Ananda: "Ananda, for the sake of all sentient beings' benefit, happiness, ease, strength, and glory, hold, recite, read, memorize, and fully comprehend these fundamental secret mantras of the Great Dharani. Why is that? Ananda, these fundamental secret mantras of the Great Dharani are difficult to obtain. The Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Ones are also difficult to find in the world. It is like the Udumbara flower. Hold, recite, read, memorize, and fully comprehend. Ananda, any son or daughter of good family who has faith, if they hold, grasp, read, remember, and fully comprehend these fundamental secret mantras of the Great Dharani, then they will not die by the sword, not by poison, not by fire, not by water, not by the king's punishment, and they will not die untimely. They will not be harmed by gods, asuras, nagas, wind gods, garudas, gandharvas, kinnaras, mahoragas, yakshas, rakshasas, pretas, flesh-eaters, kumbhandas, pisacas, body-pisacas, bhutas, those who cause forgetfulness, those who cause madness, or oppressors.
