Thus have I heard: At one time, the Blessed One was dwelling on the bank of the great Ganges River, together with the four guardians of the world. At that time, the Blessed One spoke thus to the four great kings, headed by Vaishravana: Great kings, these four great fears will arise for men, women, boys, and girls. What are the four? Namely, aging, sickness, decay, and death. Among them, there is also one great fear, namely the great fear of the Lord of Death, which is unstoppable, without protection, and always follows behind. Great kings, I shall here speak of the antidote to that one great fear. Then, the four great kings said thus to the Blessed One: Blessed One, for what reason has the Blessed One so greatly bestowed life? It is indeed well that we have now so well obtained this benefit. Then, the Blessed One, facing manifestly towards the east, and urging all the Tathagatas with the sound of a bell, spoke thus: Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Buddhas, those Buddhas who have manifestly awakened to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment for the sake of compassion for all sentient beings, please be my friends! Therefore, I, here, having been blessed by the blessing of all the Buddhas, will utterly avert the untimely death of all sentient beings. For the benefit, may those Buddhas who have attained the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment be my friends. Similarly, in all directions and corners, it is said: "For the sake of these beings, may all Buddhas be my friends, so that they may be endowed with life, strength, and beauty, fully accomplished, and not be subject to the fear of untimely death." Then, as many worlds as appear to the eyes of the Buddhas in the ten directions are filled by the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, like a sesame pod. Having promised to be friends of the Tathagatas, all those Tathagatas say this: Tadyatha. Tsala tsala tsale, binhi, svastike, chakra, angati, prashamantu, sarva roga, anate, kunate, maha kunate, tsare tsare re, hema giri, hema gori, hema nishunti, hema sisi, korbe korma be, he kura re, kura re, kumati, visha samane, shishu bhi, tsale tsale, vi tsale, ma vi lamba, humu humu svaha. All the lords of secrets are also near all the Tathagatas, and they say: Hum hum, sisi svaha. Having spoken thus, all the Tathagatas disappeared. Then, the great king Vaishravana's son said to the Bhagavat: "Bhagavat, I too will protect with the blessings of the Tathagatas. I will avert untimely death. Tadyatha. Shwete, shwete, shweta, le lili." The noble-born also said: Matamge matamge, matamgi ni, shuma shumu. Dhritarashtra also said: Tsare tsare re svaha. Virupaksha also said: Valim bapa. The Bhagavat said this: "Great kings, if anyone recites this vidya-mantra seen by all the Buddhas once a day, then one should generate the perception of a teacher towards that son or daughter of good family. That son or daughter of good family will not fall into the three lower realms. This benefits the life of all sentient beings."

那将被佩戴。 无论谁为了所有众生的利益，像一天一样地念诵这些词语，无论谁读诵它，都不会有非时死亡的恐惧。 疾病不会在他的身体里产生。 他不会因水而死亡。 不会因火，不会因武器，不会因毒药，不会因闪电。 无论何处，诸佛之子念诵明咒的地方，都应被视为诸佛和菩萨所眷顾之处。 书写或让人书写此咒的人，将受到如同对所有应供的佛陀薄伽梵进行供养一样的待遇。 那是什么原因呢？因为如来宣说，对众生进行供养就是对佛陀进行供养。 谁写下此咒并佩戴在肢体上，他的所有肢体都将受到保护。 薄伽梵如此宣说后，四大天王和所有圆满的眷属，以及天、人、阿修罗、乾闼婆等世间众生皆大欢喜，对薄伽梵所说表示赞叹。 《圣妙一切佛身语心功德聚陀罗尼经》圆满。 印度堪布吉那弥扎、达那希拉，以及校正者译师班德·益西德共同翻译、校正，并以新术语修订后确定。

That will be worn. Whoever, for the benefit of all sentient beings, utters these words like a single day, and whoever reads it, will not have the fear of untimely death. Evil diseases will not arise in his body. He will not die by water. Not by fire, not by weapons, not by poison, not by lightning. Wherever the sons of the Victorious Ones recite the vidyā-mantra, that place should be regarded as being regarded by all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Whoever writes it or causes it to be written will be treated as if he had made offerings to all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat. What is the reason for that? Because the Tathagatas say that making offerings to sentient beings is making offerings to the Buddhas. Whoever writes this and wears it on a limb, all his limbs will be protected. The Bhagavan having thus spoken, the Four Great Kings and that assembly complete with all, and the world with gods, humans, asuras, gandharvas, rejoiced and praised what the Bhagavan had said. The dhāraṇī called 'The Accomplishment of the Limbs of All the Buddhas' is complete. The Indian abbot Jinamitra and Dānaśīla and the reviser translator Bande Yeshede translated and revised it, and it was established after being corrected with new terminology.
