圣黑铁喙。 圣黑铁喙。 印度语：阿雅·克里希纳亚·奥什塔。藏语：圣黑铁喙。向所有佛和菩萨顶礼。我如是听闻，一时，世尊在芦苇丛中，住在船只的住所。之后，世尊对具寿阿难陀说：阿难陀，去瞻部洲的那个地方吧。比丘回答说：如是遵行。具寿阿难陀听从了世尊的教诲。之后，世尊为了慈爱瞻部洲的众生，对龙王无热恼海、大海、欢喜、持地、无边、海螺守护、光彩、艾拉叶、栋布、龙王电光、龙王水神、龙王云催，以及九头龙王、七头龙王、五头龙王、六头龙王、三头龙王、双头龙王、千头龙王们，世尊下了诅咒。阿难陀，毗那内，毗希吉希阿古毗古热热。吽吽吽。帕特帕特帕特。斯塔姆巴亚。班扎亚。瓦萨夏日拉尼。玛赫日特拉。玛特拉玛尼梭哈。第一个咒语使龙族惊慌失措而昏厥。世尊，谷物、果实、药物、树木、嫩芽、叶子和花朵都不会干枯。雨水会按时降下。树木和森林将会生长。瞻部洲的人们的享用不会受到损害。不会伤害众生。如果违背世尊的教诲，我们龙族的身体将会萎缩，无处可去，身体粗糙，会生麻风、疥疮和白癜风，头会裂开，心脏会腐烂，说完就逃走了。对世尊极度虔诚的成百上千的鬼神也为了所有众生而来，他们会对您造成极大的伤害。

Once, the Blessed One was dwelling in a reed thicket, in a boat-like dwelling. Then, the Blessed One spoke to the venerable Ānanda: Ānanda, go to that place in Jambudvīpa. The monk replied: As you command. The venerable Ānanda listened to the Blessed One's instructions. Then, out of compassion for the beings of Jambudvīpa, the Blessed One cursed the dragon kings Anavatapta, Ocean, Nanda, Dhṛtarāṣṭra, Ananta, Śaṅkhapāla, Takṣaka, Elapatra, Dhaṃsabuka, the dragon king Electricity, the dragon king Water God, the dragon king Cloud Driver, as well as the nine-headed dragon king, the seven-headed dragon king, the five-headed dragon king, the six-headed dragon king, the three-headed dragon king, the two-headed dragon king, and the thousand-headed dragon kings. Ānanda, vinane, viśikiśi agu bigu rere. Hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ. Phaṭ phaṭ phaṭ. Stambhaya. Bhañjaya. Vasa śarīrani. Mahri tra. Matra mani svāhā. The first mantra caused the nāgas to panic and faint. Blessed One, crops, fruits, medicines, trees, sprouts, leaves, and flowers will not wither. Rain will fall in due season. Trees and forests will grow. The enjoyment of the people of Jambudvīpa will not be harmed. We will not harm sentient beings. If we disobey the Blessed One's command, may our bodies, the nāgas, shrink, become homeless, become rough, may we develop leprosy, scabies, and vitiligo, may our heads split open, and our hearts rot, they said and fled. Hundreds of thousands of spirits who were deeply devoted to the Blessed One also came for the sake of all beings, and they will cause you great harm.

ཛ་ཡ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ། ནཱ་ག་ལི་ཛྭ་ལ། ཤད་ཤད། ཛྭ་ལི་བི་ཀྲྀ་ཏ། བཛྲ་བཛྲ་ལ་མ་ཧཱ་པ་ལ་པཱིཪྻ་པ་ར་ཀྲྀ་དྷ། ད་ར་ཙི། པྲ་མེ་རུ། ཕཊ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་དུ། གཟུངས་འདི་བརྗོད་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་ས་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམས་གཡོ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་བྱེ་བ་ཁྲག་ཁྲིག་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་དྲུག་ཅུ་ཁས་སྦུབ་ཏུ་འགྱེལ་ནས། རབ་ཏུ་འདར་ཏེ་བརྒྱལ་ནས་འདྲེ་ལྡོག་ཅིང་ངུའོ། །དེ་ནས་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་སྨྲེ་ཞིང་སྔགས་འདིས་ཀླུ་རྣམས་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཚིག་གོ། །མ་རུངས་ལགས་སོ་ཞེས་གསོལ་པ་དང་། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་གི་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་ ཕན་པ་དང་། བདེ་བ་དང་། ལོ་ལེགས་པ་དང་། བསྲུང་བ་དང་། བསྐྱབ་པ་དང་། ཞིང་རྣམས་ཀྱི་མིག་ཤིན་ཏུ་གང་བར་གྱིས་ཤིག །ལོ་ཏོག་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་སྒྲུབས་ཤིག །མི་རྣམས་དང་། མི་མ་ཡིན་པ་རྣམས་ལ་རྣམ་པར་འཚེ་བར་མ་བྱེད་ཅིག །ཆར་གྱི་རྒྱུན་ཕོ་བ་ཤིག །འོན་ཀྱང་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཡུན་རིང་པོའི་བདེ་བ་དང་། ཀླུའི་གནོད་པ་ཀུན་དང་བྲལ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རྐང་མངས་ཁྱེད་ཅག་བདེ་ལེགས་ཤོག །རྐང་བཞི་ཁྱེད་ཅག་བདེ་ལེགས་ཤོག །རྐང་གཉིས་ཁྱེད་ཅག་བདེ་ལེགས་ཤོག །རྐང་མེད་ཁྱེད་ཅག་བདེ་ལེགས་ཤོག །ཁྱེད་ཅག་ལམ་འགྲོ་བདེ་ལེགས་ཤོག །ཕྱིར་འོང་རྣམས་ཀྱང་བདེ་ལེགས་ཤོག །ཁྱེད་ཅག་སྡུག་པར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །སངས་རྒྱས་ལྷ་རྣམས་སྟོང་དག་གིས། །ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐོར་ཏེ་གཤེགས་མཛད་ཀྱིས། །སྡང་སེམས་ལྡན་པ་རྣམས་བྱེར་ཅིག །སྙིང་རྗེའི་བདག་ཉིད་ཅན་རྣམས་འཁོད། །གླིང་འདིར་ཆར་ཕོབ་དོན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས། །ས་དང་བར་སྣང་གནས་པ་རྣམས། །སྐྱེ་དགུ་རྣམས་ལ་བྱམས་བྱེད་ཤོག །ཆར་མེད་ཐན་པ་བྱུང་བའི་ཚེ། །སྔགས་ཚན་དང་པོ་བརྒྱ་བཟླས་སོ། །བར་མ་ལྔ་བཅུ་ལྔ་བཅུ་བཟླས། །ཐ་མ་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་པར་བྱའོ། །སྤྲིན་ལ་བལྟ་ཞིང་བར་བར་སུས་ཀྱང་མ་ཚོར་བར་ཤིབ་བུར་བཟླས་སོ། །གྲངས་ལས་ཐལ་ན་སེར་བར་འགྱུར་བས་སྡིག་ཆེའོ། །ཀླུ་གནད་ལ་གཏད་པ་ཡིན་པས་སྡིག་ཆེའོ། །ལན་གྲངས་ཡང་ཡང་མི་གདབ་བོ། ཞག་གཅིག་གམ། ཞག་གཉིས་སམ། ཞག་ལྔར་ཆར་གྱི་རྒྱུན་མི་འབབ་མི་སྲིད་དོ། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་རྒ་ཤི་མི་མངའ་བ། །ཀུན་གྱི་སྨོན་ལམ་མྱུར་དུ་འགྲུབ་འགྱུར་ཤོག །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ནས་ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་དང་། དགེ་སློང་དེ་དག་རྣམས་ཡི་རངས་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པ་ལ་མངོན་པར་བསྟོད་དོ།། །།འཕགས་པ་ལྕགས་མཆུ་ནག་པོའི

扎亚 啪 啪！ 纳嘎利 匝瓦拉！ 夏 夏！ 匝瓦利 贝格热达！ 班杂 班杂 拉 玛哈 巴拉 贝日亚 巴拉格热达！ 达热则！ 扎美热！ 啪 啪 啪 杜！ 念诵此陀罗尼后，大地都会震动。 龙王大王六十俱胝百千兆全部口朝下倒下，极度颤抖昏厥，驱逐邪魔并哭泣。 之后龙王们向薄伽梵哀嚎，说此咒语令龙族非常痛苦，禀告说难以忍受。 薄伽梵开示说：龙王们，你们要利益赡部洲的众生，给予安乐，带来丰年，守护，救护，使田地的灌溉充分，促成庄稼丰收，不要对人和非人进行任何损害，降下连绵不断的雨水。 这样你们就能获得长久的安乐，远离一切龙的灾害。 多足的你们一切安好！ 四足的你们一切安好！ 两足的你们一切安好！ 无足的你们一切安好！ 你们旅途顺利！ 返回的也一切安好！ 愿你们不要遭受痛苦！ 诸佛菩萨十方众，完全围绕而行持，嗔恨心者令散去，慈悲之主请安住。 为令此地降雨故，地与虚空安住者，愿慈爱一切诸有情。 无雨干旱发生时，第一个咒语念诵一百遍，中间念诵五十遍又五十遍，最后念诵七遍。 看着云彩，在间隙中谁也不察觉地悄悄念诵。 超过数量会变成冰雹，罪过极大。 击中龙的要害，罪过极大。 不要反复念诵次数。 一天或者两天或者五天不下雨是不可能的。 法王无有老死，一切的愿望迅速成就。 薄伽梵如此开示后，具寿阿难陀和众比丘心生欢喜，对薄伽梵所说表示赞叹。 圣黑铁喙终。

Ja ya phat phat! Naga li jwala! Shad shad! Jwali bikrita! Vajra vajra la maha pala pirya parakridha! Dara tsi! Prame ru! Phat phat phat du! As soon as this dharani is recited, the great earth will shake. Sixty kotis, hundred thousands, and trillions of great dragon kings will fall face down, trembling and fainting, driving away demons and weeping. Then the dragon kings lamented to the Bhagavan, saying that this mantra causes great pain to the dragons and that it is unbearable. The Bhagavan then said: Dragon kings, you should benefit the sentient beings of Jambudvipa, give them happiness, bring good harvests, protect them, save them, fill the fields with water, and make the crops abundant. Do not harm humans or non-humans in any way, and send down continuous rain. In this way, you will have long-lasting happiness and be free from all harm from dragons. May you many-legged ones be well! May you four-legged ones be well! May you two-legged ones be well! May you legless ones be well! May you have a good journey! May those who return also be well! May you not suffer! May the Buddhas and gods of the ten directions, who are completely surrounded, dispel those with hatred, and may the lords of compassion abide. For the sake of rain in this land, may those who dwell on the earth and in the sky be loving to all beings. When there is no rain and drought occurs, recite the first mantra one hundred times, then fifty times and fifty times in the middle, and finally seven times. Look at the clouds and recite quietly in the intervals without anyone noticing. Exceeding the number will turn into hail, which is a great sin. Hitting the vital point of the dragon is a great sin. Do not repeat the number of times. It is impossible for rain not to fall for one day, two days, or five days. The Dharma King is without old age and death, may all wishes be quickly fulfilled.
