The sacred palace of the Bodhisattva, which Vajrapani said obstructs demons. Praised by gods, nagas, sons of donors, non-humans, and great asuras. This which fulfills all wishes, if anyone obscured by many great obscurations hears, or holds, or recites, or reads, or sees and understands well, then all their karmic and afflictive obscurations will be completely purified. If one recites it once after rising in the morning, one will be followed like Avalokiteśvara. Whatever one desires in one's mind, it will be accomplished merely by thinking of it. Sitting alone in a very secluded place, focusing on the deeds of the Buddha in one's mind, remembering the Bhagavan Avalokiteśvara, and reciting it seven times, one will obtain whatever noble thing one desires. One will become pleasing to all sentient beings. All their lower realms will cease. Merely walking and sitting, reciting it in one's mind, one will purify the karma accumulated over countless billions of eons. One will possess a great accumulation of merit accumulated by a thousand universal monarchs. In lifetime after lifetime, one will be born into the great lotus lineage. One will be honored by distinguished people. Filling one's hands with fragrant flowers, reciting it seven times in front of the noble Avalokiteśvara, one will obtain a thousand great qualities. The nature of great compassion, the light, will also arise in that one. One will possess great nobility. If one gazes at his face and recites, one will see the Bhagavan, the ever-smiling face of the noble Avalokiteśvara, and one will obtain what is called "the first immaculate light of Dharma manifestation." In this very life, one will obtain the remembrance of the Buddha. One will die while maintaining equanimity of mind. In all lifetimes, one will remember one's previous lives. If one wishes to exhaust all karmic obscurations as one desires, then on the full moon of the fifteenth day, fasting and wearing white clothes, anoint a mandala with white sandalwood in front of a stupa containing relics or an image, and then towards that mandala and the Bhagavan.

Having scattered various flowers to the departed, offer fragrant incense, butter lamps, and spices to the Bhagavan and the noble Avalokiteśvara, stay right there and recite it one hundred and eight times, in this way one will be separated from all sins. Even those who commit the five heinous crimes will have their sins purified, and will possess an extremely pure mind-stream, and will possess extremely pure deeds of body, speech, and mind. The Tathagatas constantly and continuously accomplish the power of samadhi, the power of empowerment, the power of the grounds and perfections, and the power of special wisdom. If you look up at the sky and recite, it will rain. If you look at the ground and recite, all crops will become good. If you look at the remains of rivers, lakes, and ponds and recite, water will spring forth. If you touch all diseases with your hand and recite, they will be cured. If you recite in front of someone who has lost their memory, they will regain their memory. If you look at the faces of the hungry and thirsty and recite, they will be satisfied. If a great plague occurs, write it on cloth and hang it on the top of a banner, up to one yojana away, boundaries will be demarcated and protection will be provided. The noble Beautiful Bodily Form Dharani is complete. Translated, edited, and finalized by the Indian Khenpo Prajñāvarman and the Lotsawa Bande Yeshe De of Zhuchen. The Noble Beautiful Bodily Form Dharani.
