供养逝者之舍利， 毛发一根亦复如是， 成为一切有情之主。 积聚福德且行善， 无有延迟且是真实， 具足盛名之精进者， 彻底超越轮回诸苦。 受持正法王位者， 如意宝轮安乐转。 以不空之索牵引烦恼， 圣马头明王降伏四魔。 忿怒青颈消除恶毒， 从水族宝座之怖畏中解脱。 度母天女随后行， 忿怒尊者如教行。 胜者具足正道， 具大威力且具念。 具足功德且具慈， 具足智慧且具吉祥。 具足戒律且具义， 通达一切义理者。 断除一切疑惑者， 宣说一切正法者。 乃是世间一切之导师， 面容姣好如满月。 下身以一切珍宝严饰， 如黄金之供养柱般安住。 光芒胜过千日之光， 梵天等众皆顶礼。 向世间怙主敬顶礼。 若有人以一百零八名赞颂圣观自在，则能净除造作五无间罪之业障。能进入一切坛城。一切咒语亦能成就。纵经千劫亦不堕恶趣。不堕无间地狱。若有人于清晨起身，读诵或教人读诵，或作念诵，则其身远离麻风、疥疮、肺病、呼吸不畅等一切疾病。能忆念一切生世。如同天子。临命终时亦能往生极乐世界。无论生于何处，亦不离圣观自在。若恒常念诵，则心调柔。能成菩萨。音声美妙。能具善缘。精通一切论典。言辞端正。以此赞颂，则能获得如六十二恒河沙数之佛陀

Holding the relics of the departed, Each single hair, Becomes the lord of all sentient beings. Accumulating merit and performing virtue, Without delay and with certainty, Possessing renowned diligence, Completely transcending all sufferings of samsara. Enthroning the successor of the sacred Dharma, Turning the wish-fulfilling wheel in bliss. With the unfailing lasso, drawing in afflictions, The noble Hayagriva subdues the four maras. Krodha Nilakantha eliminates malice, Liberating from the fear of the aquatic throne. The goddess Tara follows behind, The wrathful one acts according to command. The Victorious One possesses righteousness, Possessing great power and mindfulness. Possessing qualities and compassion, Possessing wisdom and glory. Possessing discipline and meaning, Understanding all meanings. Cutting off all doubts, Speaking all Dharmas. Being the teacher of all the world, With a beautiful face like the full moon. The lower body adorned with all precious jewels, Residing like a golden offering pillar. Radiance surpassing a thousand suns, With Brahma and others prostrating. I prostrate to the protector of the world. If one praises the noble Avalokiteshvara with one hundred and eight names, the karmic obscurations of committing the five heinous crimes will be completely purified. One will enter all mandalas. All mantras will also be accomplished. Even after a thousand kalpas, one will not be reborn in the lower realms. One will not fall into Avici hell. If one rises in the morning and reads or causes others to read, or recites, their body will be free from all diseases such as leprosy, scabies, lung disease, and difficulty in breathing. One will remember all births. One will be like a son of the gods. At the time of death, one will be reborn in the blissful realm. Wherever one is born or resides, one will not be separated from the noble Avalokiteshvara. If one constantly recites, the mind will become gentle. One will become a bodhisattva. The voice will be melodious. One will have good fortune. One will be proficient in all scriptures. The words will be upright. By praising with this praise, one will obtain the merit of sixty-two Ganges sands of Buddhas.
