眼药坛城仪轨 眼药坛城仪轨 此后，当讲述龙脑（lJong ros）眼药仪轨之坛城。以船只之量的极致，做成四方形坛城。各种香和，极度鲜明的明咒持者，当于僧院中精通书写。中央坛城之中心，是半开的莲花瓣。双手中央持有盛开的莲花花蕊。东方的门应当打开。将龙脑放置于银质容器中，置于坛城莲花之上。容器的周围，用红色丝绸好衣覆盖。或者用莲花瓣，或者用菩提树叶，或者用阎浮树叶覆盖。供奉沉香。圣观世音自在有义索的形象，置于莲花瓣旁。用鲜花和香供养。明咒持者食用三白，将转变为圣八支斋戒。或者日夜斋戒。月亮上弦时，或十五日，或十四日，或初八，清净沐浴后，穿上干净的衣服。念诵有义索心咒一百零八遍。也念诵心咒一百零八遍。念诵一字咒十万遍。以鲜花、熏香、香、灯和食子来庄严坛城并供养。然后对芥子念诵二十一遍，抛向坛城之上。刚一抛出，圣观世音自在的身躯便会发出各种光芒。 龙脑的容器也会燃烧起来。刚一燃烧，涂在眼睛上就能在空中行走。将获得名为“有义智慧广大如意宝珠光芒庄严”的等持。明咒持者将成为名为“有义轮一切遍见”的轮王。明咒持者的轮王如恒河沙数九十九百千万俱胝之数。

The Ritual of the Eye Medicine Mandala The Ritual of the Eye Medicine Mandala After that, the mandala of the ritual of the dragon brain (lJong ros) eye medicine should be explained. Make a square mandala with the ultimate amount of a ship's measure. Various fragrances and extremely vivid mantra holders should be proficiently written in the monasteries. In the center of the central mandala, there is a half-open lotus petal. In the center of the two hands, hold a blooming lotus flower stamen. The eastern gate should be opened. Place the dragon brain in a silver container and place it on the lotus in the mandala. Around the container, cover it with a good red silk cloth. Or cover it with lotus petals, or with Bodhi tree leaves, or with Jambudvipa tree leaves. Offer Agarwood incense. The image of the noble Avalokiteśvara, the powerful one with the meaningful lasso, should be placed next to the lotus petals. Offer flowers and incense. The mantra holder should eat the three whites and will be transformed into the noble eight-limbed fast. Or fast day and night. When the moon is waxing, or on the fifteenth day, or the fourteenth day, or the eighth day, after bathing purely, put on clean clothes. Recite the essence mantra of the meaningful lasso one hundred and eight times. Also recite the essence mantra one hundred and eight times. Recite the one-syllable mantra ten thousand times. Adorn the mandala and offer flowers, incense, fragrance, lamps, and tormas. Then recite the mustard seeds twenty-one times and throw them on the mandala. As soon as it is thrown, the body of the noble Avalokiteśvara will emit various rays of light. The container of the dragon brain will also burn. As soon as it burns, if applied to the eyes, one can walk in the sky. One will obtain the samadhi called "Meaningful Wisdom Vast Wish-fulfilling Jewel Light Adornment." The mantra holder will become a wheel-turning king called "Meaningful Wheel All-Seeing." The wheel-turning king of the mantra holders is like the sands of the Ganges River, ninety-nine hundred million trillion.

Will travel all over the earth. Will become the sovereign king of all places. Will go to all Buddha lands, and life will become immeasurable kalpas. Will hold the crown of the Victorious One, Limitless Light (Amitabha). Will each attain the magical power called "Eye of Meaningful, Immaculate," and by just shaking a bell with any magical power, will go to the Buddha lands, as many as ninety-nine trillion hundred thousand kotis of Ganges sands. Will make vast offerings of meaningful accomplishments to all Tathagatas, and will return again in an instant. Will ignite hundreds of thousands of kotis of rays on one's own body. Will do all that is desired. Then, if one smears the smoking substance, one will become invisible, and will become the Chakravartin king of all invisible mantra holders, the king who holds the mantra. The doors of the abodes of gods, nagas, yakshas, rakshasas, bhutas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, and mahoragas will all be opened and dwell, and one will enter wherever one desires. All those who dwell in all places will become subjects and dwell, and will do whatever is commanded. All sentient beings will also follow. The king and queen and their retinue will make offerings, and will become the sole place to be made a guru. Also by command, one will act and dwell with oneself and wealth. If one smears the smoking substance, all the details of the rituals, and the mudras, and all the mandalas, and the secret vows of the lineages of all the Tathagatas will manifest and dwell, and all the words spoken by all the Tathagatas of the past, future, and present will appear first and dwell. Gods, nagas, yakshas, rakshasas, and all beings will truly follow, and will always follow for the sake of guarding, protecting, and concealing. Will bestow the gift of seeing all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas directly. Will each attain the samadhi called "Possessing Meaningful Light," the sky rising four fingers high from the surface of the earth.

而安住于彼。以樟脑诵咒后涂于眼上，眼睛所见一切皆被掌控而安住。国王与王妃眷属、大臣、受差遣者、前行者、四支军队、妇女、男子、孩童、少女、沙门、婆罗门、刹帝利、贵族、平民等皆被掌控而安住。甚至山间的鹿和鸟，在观看的同时也被掌控而安住于近处。以此涂抹，眼疾、损害、罪恶、遮障全部得以清净。身体的痛苦和一切内心的痛苦，以及恶梦、恶兆和一切不吉祥之事，全部得以清净。转生之后，也能各自获得五眼完全清净。也能忆起前世而转生。远离恐惧和遮障，获得名为“义成善妙安住普观”的清净之身。获得一切义成的坛城之秘密，一切如来之誓言。获得名为“一切如来普观胜幢”的菩萨灌顶。与一切菩萨恒常相伴而住，并被一切如来授记。如是，眼药坛城之仪轨终。

And abide therein. Having recited the mantra on camphor and applied it to the eyes, whatever is seen by the eyes is controlled and abides. The king and the queen's retinue, ministers, those who are sent, the vanguard, the four divisions of the army, women, men, children, girls, ascetics, Brahmins, Kshatriyas, nobles, commoners, all are controlled and abide. Even mountain deer and birds, while being watched, are controlled and abide nearby. By applying this, all eye diseases, harms, sins, and obscurations are completely purified. All physical suffering and all mental suffering, as well as bad dreams, bad omens, and all inauspicious things, are completely purified. Even after changing births, one will individually obtain the complete purification of the five eyes. One will also be reborn remembering past lives. Separated from fear and obscurations, one will obtain the pure body called "Accomplished Meaning, Well-Established, All-Seeing." One will obtain the secret of the mandala of all accomplished meanings, the vows of all Tathagatas. One will obtain the bodhisattva empowerment called "Victory Banner of All-Seeing All Tathagatas." One will always be accompanied by all bodhisattvas and abide with them, and will be prophesied by all Tathagatas. Thus, the ritual of the eye medicine mandala is complete.
