The Ritual of the Bathing Mandala The Ritual of the Bathing Mandala Then the bathing mandala should be explained. Whoever is skilled in bathing will eliminate all stains and become beautiful. All sins will be completely purified. The very nature of accomplishing all siddhis will greatly increase merit and splendor. It will be accomplished to eliminate all diseases. Sins and sinful deeds will be purified. Likewise, it will destroy exhaustion and decay. It will pacify poison and curses. It will completely abandon long-term illnesses. Likewise, it will completely abandon long-term imprisonment and plagues. These are accomplished by bathing. Whatever vidya-mantra is, it will be accomplished. The meaning has been fully proclaimed by Avalokiteśvara. Whatever is touched by obstacles, or whatever is touched by the unbearable oppression of shadows, or the unbearable fear of enemy armies, and also in battles and disputes, or being defeated by enemies, or being hated by people, or going to a fierce battlefield, or being destroyed by constellations, and the exhaustion of the birth of wisdom, and hermaphrodites, or decaying hermaphrodites, and those whose senses are impaired, and those who cannot raise children, will give birth to compatible children. Whatever is obtained by killing and destroying, or being bound, or going to be killed, or going among robbers or thieves, or going among yakshas or rakshasas, or going among fierce wild animals, or having eaten unbearable poison because of being among venomous fangs and poison, or the collapse of a house, or a cliff, and the fear of fierce rats, and whoever secretly commits sins, and whoever commits the five inexpiable sins, and whoever slanders the noble ones, and whoever abandons the sacred Dharma, all these, by bathing in the mandala, will be completely exhausted, and quickly purify everything, just as fire burns grass, all these unbearable actions accumulated in the past will be completely purified. They will become the teacher of all the worlds and will always be worthy of offerings. Life will be prolonged, and they will always experience happiness and joy. Until.

After reciting, offering, and circumambulating, prostrate at each gate. Enter the east gate and sit in the center of the central mandala in the lotus position. This was spoken by Lokeshvara, the lord of bathing. For the sake of benefiting all sentient beings, and especially for mantra holders, blessed by all Buddhas, worshiped by all gods, the perfection of Amoghasiddhi will not be taken by demons. Wherever and in whatever work one is determined to engage, one will attain the accomplishment of Amoghasiddhi. There is no doubt about this at all. Even the unsurpassed mantra accomplishment that has not been accomplished will be accomplished. Having attained the accomplishment of Amoghasiddhi, one will immediately see the result. It should be said that the body is completely pure, extremely immaculate, and has been well bathed. It causes all sins to diminish, it causes all afflictions to cease, and it causes complete liberation from all diseases. In short, in all places, one will individually find accomplishments and especially go to great glory. One obtains the meaning of pursuing mantra. For the truth of the accomplishment of the mantra Amoghasiddhi, one who desires a son will obtain a son. One who desires wealth will obtain wealth. One who desires power will obtain power. One who desires glory quickly will obtain glory. It immediately perfects all things that one desires to manifest. Thus it is said.
