圣除障陀罗尼。 圣除障陀罗尼。 印度语：阿雅 毗伽那 毗那雅 嘎拉 达 达拉尼。 藏语：圣除障陀罗尼。 如是我闻，一时，薄伽梵住于舍卫城给孤独园的逝多林中。 彼时，薄伽梵告白具寿阿难陀。 阿难陀，无论何人执持象头神的明咒心要，彼一切仪轨及意愿皆得成办。 一切秘密真言皆得成办。 怛[口*也]他。 拿摩 斯德。 嘎达嘎达。 玛达玛达。 达拉达拉。 达哈达哈。 格日哈那。 班匝班匝。 拿摩 斯德。 汝汝匝匝耶 梭哈。 阿布札。 毗那 杜堪 曼则达 巴拉萨玛 嘎匝底。 哈哈亚。 玛哈 哈斯底 察达 拿拿。 札 郭巴耶 摩。 咕汝咕汝。 组汝组汝。 姆汝姆汝。 拿摩 拿玛 梭哈。 清晨起身，诵咒七遍，取满掬水，向上及向下抛洒，则一切障碍皆被束缚。 欲成办秘密真言者，于白线上打二十一个结，系于手上，则明咒得以成办。 一切障碍皆被束缚。 凡象头神显现之处，即使仅诵此咒一遍，亦不制造任何障碍。 薄伽梵如是宣说后，彼等眷属皆大欢喜，天、人、非天及乾闼婆等世间众生皆对薄伽梵所说深表赞叹。 圣除障陀罗尼终。 以黄色古古鲁香和蝙蝠粪便，加上偷来的线混合燃烧熏香，即使前往传染病人处也不会被传染。 接触到衣服也能迅速消除。 对家中作祟的鬼神给予极大的赞颂。 圣除障陀罗尼。

In Tibetan language: The Noble Dhāraṇī for Eliminating Obstacles. Thus I have heard, once, the Blessed One was dwelling in Jeta's Grove, Anāthapiṇḍika's Garden, in Śrāvastī. At that time, the Blessed One addressed the venerable Ānanda, saying: Ānanda, whoever holds the essence of the Lord of Hosts, all rituals and intentions will be accomplished. All secret mantras will be accomplished. Tadyathā. Namo stute. Kaṭa kaṭa. Maṭa maṭa. Dara dara. Ḍaha ḍaha. Gṛhṇa. Bhañja bhañja. Namo stute. Ruru caca ye svāhā. Abhutrā. Vina duḥkhan mañceddha parāsamā gacchatī. Hā hāya. Mahā hastikṣa tana na. Prago ba ye mo. Kuru kuru. Curu curu. Muru muru. Namo namaḥ svāhā. Having risen in the morning, recite the mantra seven times, and sprinkle a handful of water upwards and downwards, and all obstacles will be bound. One who desires to accomplish secret mantras, tie twenty-one knots on a white thread, and if it is tied on the hand, the vidyā-mantra will be accomplished. All obstacles will be bound. Wherever the Lord of Hosts appears, even if this mantra is recited once, it will not cause any obstacles. Having spoken thus, the Blessed One, all those assemblies rejoiced, and the world with gods, humans, asuras, and gandharvas greatly praised what was spoken by the Blessed One. The Noble Dhāraṇī called "Eliminating Obstacles" is complete. If you fumigate with a mixture of yellow guggul incense and bat droppings, combined with stolen thread, even if you go to a person with a contagious disease, you will not be infected.
