འཕགས་པ་རྒྱལ་བའི་བླ་མའི་གཟུངས། འཕགས་པ་རྒྱལ་བའི་བླ་མའི་གཟུངས། སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །དེ་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་རྒྱལ་བའི་བླ་མས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྒྱལ་བའི་བླ་མའི་གཟུངས་སྔགས་ཀྱི་གཞི་འདི་གང་གིས་བཟུང་བས་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་བཟུང་བ་དང་བཅས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མི་ཁོམ་པ་བརྒྱད་ལས་འདས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཚེ་རབས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ཡང་གནོད་སྦྱིན་དེ་ལ་བསྲུང་བ་དང་། བསྐྱབ་པ་དང་། སྦ་བར་བྱེད་ལ་དེ་ལ་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་འཇིགས་པ་མེད་དོ། །སྱཱདྱ་ཐེ་དཾ། བུདྡྷེ་བུདྡྷེ། ཛ་ཡོཏྟ་ར། བོ་དྷ་ནི་བོ་དྷ་ནི། སཾ་བོ་དྷ་ནི། མ་ཧཱ་སཾ་བོ་དྷ་ནི། ཨ་དྷི་སམྦོདྷ་ནི། ཧ་ལ་ཧ་ལ་ཧ་ལ། ཧི་ལི་ཧི་ལི་ཧི་ལི། ཧུ་ལུ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧུ་ལུ། སརྦ་བུདྡྷ། དྷརྨཱ་བ་བོ་དྷི་ནི། སྥུ་ཊ་སྥུ་ཊ་སྥུ་ཊ། སརྦ་པཱ་པ་ནི། བུདྡྷ། ཨདྷིཥྛཱ་ནི་ན་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། འཕགས་པ་རྒྱལ་བའི་བླ་མའི་གཟུངས་རྫོགས་སོ།། འཕགས་པ་རྒྱལ་བའི་བླ་མའི་གཟུངས།

The Noble Victorious Uṣṇīṣa Dhāraṇī. The Noble Victorious Uṣṇīṣa Dhāraṇī. Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Then, the Bodhisattva Mahāsattva Victorious Uṣṇīṣa said this to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, whoever holds this root of the Victorious Uṣṇīṣa Dhāraṇī Mantra will become one who holds all the Dharmas and what they contain. They will transcend the eight states of no leisure. In all lifetimes, the yakṣas will protect, rescue, and conceal them, and they will have no fear of all diseases. Oṃ, tadyathā, buddhe buddhe, jayottara, bodhani bodhani, saṃbodhani, mahāsaṃbodhani, adhisambodhani, hala hala hala, hili hili hili, hulu hulu hulu, sarva buddha, dharmāva bodhani, sphuṭa sphuṭa sphuṭa, sarva pāpani, buddha, adhiṣṭhāni na svāhā.
