Likewise, he is vast and boundless, free from dust. He is great power, loving, luminous one. He is the ruler of the earth, completely subduing. He is the great king, possessing a hundred weapons. He is the great weapon, the vajra weapon. Adorned with the light of merit. Wearing the ornaments of jeweled earrings. In the three realms, he is the courageous body. Possessing a realm of activity like the ocean. From the peak of Mount Sumeru, Mount Kailash (Tise), from which the moon emerges, the one who manifests the mandala.
