འཕགས་པ་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས། འཕགས་པ་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས། རྒྱ་གར་སྐད་དུ། ཨཱཪྱ་སརྦ་རོ་ག་པྲ་ཤ་མ་ནི་ནཱ་མ་དྷཱ་ར་ཎཱི། བོད་སྐད་དུ། འཕགས་པ་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས། སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །འདི་སྐད་བདག་གིས་ཐོས་པའི་དུས་གཅིག་ན། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མཉན་ཡོད་ན་རྒྱལ་བུ་རྒྱལ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཚལ་མགོན་མེད་ཟས་སྦྱིན་གྱི་ཀུན་དགའ་ར་བ་ན་བཞུགས་ཏེ། དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དགེ་སློང་རྣམས་ལ་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། དགེ་སློང་དག་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་གྲངས་འདི་ཟུང་ཤིག །ཆོངས་ཤིག །ལྷོགས་ཤིག །ཀུན་ཆུབ་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག །གཞན་དག་ལ་ཡང་རྒྱ་ཆེར་ཡང་དག་པར་སྟོན་ཅིག །ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཙི་ལེ་མི། ཙི་ལེ་མི། པ་ན་ཀོ་ཀི་ལི། ཤྲཱི་མ་ཏི། ཀུཎྜ་ལི། དུནྡུ་བྷི། ཨིནྡྲ་ནི་མུ་ཁེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། འདི་དག་ནི་ཟས་མ་ཞུ་བ་དང་། སྦོས་པ་དང་། ཁྲག་དང་མཁྲིས་པ་འདྲེས་པ་དང་། གཞང་འབྲུམ་གྱིས་བཏབ་པ་དང་། གཞང་ནད་ཅན་དང་། ཟ་ཁུ་དང་། ལུད་པ་ཅན་དང་། རིམས་ནད་ཅན་དང་། ཀླད་པ་ན་བ་དང་། གཞོགས་ཕྱེད་ན་བ་དང་། ཡི་དགས་ཀྱིས་ཟིན་པའི་གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་གཞི་ཡིན་ཏེ། ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་གང་གསང་སྔགས་གཞི་འདི་དག་ལས་འགལ་བར་བྱེད་པ་དེ་ནི་ངས་ལྷ་དང་བཅས་པའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ན་མ་མཐོང་ངོ་། །ཚེ་ཟད་པ་ནི་མ་གཏོགས་སོ། །གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་གཞི་འདི་དག་ནི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པ་སྟེ། འདི་ལ་སངས་རྒྱས་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མཆོག་གོ། །འདོད་ཆགས་དང་བྲལ་བ་ནི་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མཆོག་གོ། །དགེ་འདུན་ནི་ཚོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མཆོག་གོ། །བདེན་པའི་ཚིག་དང་། བདེན་པའི་ངག་འདིས་བདག་གིས་ཟོས་པ་དང་། འཐུངས་པ་དང་། འཆོས་པ་དང་། མྱངས་པ་རྣམས་ལེགས་པར་བདེ་བར་ཞུ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ནས། དགེ་སློང་དེ་དག་ཡི་རངས་ཏེ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པ་ལ་མངོན་པར་བསྟོད་དོ། །འཕགས་པ་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པའི་གཟུངས་རྫོགས་སོ།། །། འཕགས་པ་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས།

圣者一切疾病善能寂灭陀罗尼。 圣者一切疾病善能寂灭陀罗尼。 印度语：阿雅萨瓦罗嘎札夏玛尼达拉尼（梵文天城体：आर्यसर्वरोगप्रशमनिनि नाम धारणी，梵文罗马拟音：Ārya sarva roga praśamani nāma dhāraṇī，汉语字面意思：圣者一切疾病善能寂灭之陀罗尼）。藏语：圣者一切疾病善能寂灭陀罗尼。 顶礼一切佛与菩萨！ 如是我闻，一时，薄伽梵在舍卫城（约公元前6世纪中叶建都，位于今印度北方邦）的胜林给孤独园。 之后，薄伽梵告诸比丘：“诸比丘，此法之名，当受持，当讽诵，当读习，当善通达，亦当为他广为如实宣说。 怛[த்ய]他（tadyathā） 兹列米，兹列米，巴纳郭格列，希热玛德，衮扎列，敦度贝，因扎尼目克 梭哈（svāhā）。 此等真言能治愈食物不消化，腹胀，血与胆混合之症，痔疮，肛门疾病，麻风病，痰病，瘟疫，脑痛，半身痛，以及被饿鬼所缠等。 庆喜（阿难），无论何人，若违背此真言之根本，我于天人世间皆未曾见，唯除寿命已尽者。 此真言之根本，乃如来、应供、正等觉者所说。 于此，佛为一切有情之至尊，离贪为一切法之至尊，僧伽为一切众之至尊。 以真实之语和真实之言，愿我所食、所饮、所服、所尝皆能良好安乐地消化。梭哈（svāhā）！” 薄伽梵如是说已，诸比丘心生欢喜，对薄伽梵所说深表赞叹。 圣者一切疾病善能寂灭陀罗尼圆满。

The Noble Dharani that Completely Pacifies All Diseases. The Noble Dharani that Completely Pacifies All Diseases. In Sanskrit: Ārya sarva roga praśamani nāma dhāraṇī. In Tibetan: The Noble Dharani that Completely Pacifies All Diseases. Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Thus have I heard. At one time, the Blessed One was dwelling in Anathapindika's Grove in Jeta's Grove in Shravasti (a city in ancient India). Then, the Blessed One addressed the monks, "Monks, hold this teaching, recite it, study it, understand it thoroughly, and also extensively and accurately explain it to others." Tadyathā: Cile mi, cile mi, pana kokili, śrīmati, kuṇḍali, dundubhi, indra nimukhe svāhā. These are the secret mantra bases for indigestion, bloating, mixtures of blood and bile, hemorrhoids, anal diseases, leprosy, phlegm, epidemics, headaches, hemicrania, and being possessed by pretas. Ananda, I have not seen anyone in the world with its gods who can transgress these secret mantra bases, except for those whose lives are exhausted. These secret mantra bases were spoken by the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened One. In this, the Buddha is the supreme of all sentient beings, freedom from desire is the supreme of all dharmas, and the Sangha is the supreme of all assemblies. By this word of truth and this speech of truth, may what I have eaten, drunk, worn, and tasted be well and happily digested. Svāhā! Having spoken thus, the Blessed One, the monks rejoiced and greatly praised what the Blessed One had said. The Noble Dharani that Completely Pacifies All Diseases is complete.
