In Sanskrit: Āryacakṣurviśodhani nāma vidyāmantra (圣妙眼 очищающий 名 विद्या मंत्र) In Tibetan: འཕགས་པ་མིག་རྣམ་པར་སྦྱོང་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་རིག་སྔགས།(The Noble Spell for Purifying the Eyes) Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Thus have I heard. At one time, the Blessed One was dwelling in a beautiful Shakya town among the Shakyas. At that time, a Shakya named Shakya Deva, called Stadu Sa, had extreme faith in the Buddha, extreme faith in the Dharma and the Sangha. He took refuge in the Buddha, took refuge in the Dharma, took refuge in the Sangha. He was single-minded towards the Buddha, single-minded towards the Dharma, single-minded towards the Sangha. He had no hesitation or doubt about the Buddha. He had no hesitation or doubt about the Dharma, the Sangha, suffering, the origin of suffering, the cessation of suffering, and the path, and he saw the truth, obtained the fruit, and became enlightened. He lived there, having abandoned weapons and sticks, but his eyes could not see visible and invisible forms. Then, he developed faith in the Buddha, the Blessed One, and kept it in mind, and paid homage to the Buddha, the Blessed One! Having heard them, he arose from that samadhi and said to the venerable Ananda: Ananda, go and protect Shakya Deva with this spell for purifying the eyes. Completely embrace him, completely protect him, completely nurture him, bring him peace and well-being, eliminate severance, eliminate weapons, eliminate poison, kill poison, establish boundaries, and bind the earth. In the same way, do the same for the fourfold assembly, the monks, the nuns, the laymen, the laywomen, and other sentient beings.

May the eyes also be purified! May the inner parts of the eyes be purified! May the diseases of the eyes be eliminated! Tadya thā. Hili mili, kili mili, hili te mili, huya huya huya mani, hulu hulu hulu, hudu hudu hudu. Cakṣurme viśodhaya svāhā! (Sanskrit Devanagari: चक्षुर्मे विशोधय स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: cakṣurme viśodhaya svāhā, Literal meaning: Purify my eyes, svāhā!) Ānanda, this queen of knowledge mantras, which purifies the eyes, eliminates diseases of the eyes, diseases of wind, diseases of bile, diseases of phlegm, and diseases arising from aggregation. By the truth of discipline, the truth of asceticism, the truth of the sages, the truth of dependent origination, the truth of suffering, the truth of the origin, the truth of cessation, the truth of the path, the truth of the Arhats, the truth of the Pratyekabuddhas, and the truth of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, may there be no obstruction to the eyes of Shakyamuni! May there be no shedding of tears! May there be no constant shedding of tears! May the eyes of myself and all sentient beings be completely purified, svāhā! Ānanda, this queen of knowledge mantras, which purifies the eyes, was spoken by six perfectly enlightened Buddhas. I will also speak it now. The four great kings, the lord of the gods Indra, and Brahma, the lord of this world, also rejoice and praise it. Ānanda, if someone recites this knowledge mantra three times, then for him, whether it becomes blurred, or the vision is blurred, or there is cataract, or the eyes see blue diseases, or the problems of the eye's vision, whether caused by gods, or caused by nāgas, or caused by gandharvas, or caused by yakshas, or caused by rakshasas, or caused by flesh-eaters, or caused by curses, or caused by zombies, or caused by zombies and curses, or caused by wanderers, or caused by wanderers and zombies, there will be no obstruction. In the world of beings including gods, demons, Brahma, shramanas and brahmins, gods, humans, and asuras, I have not seen it, it is impossible. The venerable Ānanda heard as the Blessed One spoke.

于是，禀告世尊说：“如是，世尊。”之后，受持所有密咒之基，完全通达后，前往释迦德瓦（Śākya Deva）所在之处，对他说：“德瓦，如来将这些清净眼之密咒之基托付于你，请你每日三时忆念。”释迦德瓦听闻之后，立即双眼清净，双眼清净后，以无垢之眼见一切。世尊如是开示后，具寿阿难陀、释迦德瓦以及天人等世间众生皆大欢喜，对世尊所说深表赞叹。《圣妙清净眼》之明咒至此圆满。 《圣妙清净眼》之明咒。

Then, he reported to the Bhagavan, saying, "Thus it is, Bhagavan." After that, having taken hold of all the bases of the secret mantras, and having fully understood them, he went to where Śākya Deva was. He said to Deva, "The Tathagata entrusts these bases of the secret mantra for purifying the eyes to you. Please remember them three times a day." As soon as Śākya Deva heard this, his eyes were purified. With purified eyes, he saw everything with immaculate eyes. After the Bhagavan had spoken thus, the venerable Ānanda, Śākya Deva, and the world with the gods rejoiced and highly praised what the Bhagavan had said. Thus concludes the knowledge-mantra called "Noble, Purifying the Eyes." The knowledge-mantra called "Noble, Purifying the Eyes."
