The Noble Dharani Called "Endowed with the Limbs of All Buddhas" The Noble Dharani Called "Endowed with the Limbs of All Buddhas" In Indian language: Arya Sarva Buddhāṅga Vatī Nāma Dhāraṇī. (The Noble Dharani Called "Endowed with the Limbs of All Buddhas"). Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Thus have I heard. Once, the Blessed One was dwelling on the bank of the great Ganges River, together with the four world-protectors. At that time, the Blessed One spoke thus to the four great kings, headed by Vaishravana: "Great kings, these four great fears will arise for men, women, boys, and girls. What are the four? They are old age, sickness, decay, and death. Among them, there is also one great fear, namely the great fear of the Lord of Death, which is unstoppable, without protection, and always follows behind. Great kings, I shall now speak of the antidote to that one great fear." Then, the great kings requested the Blessed One thus: "Blessed One, for what reason does the Blessed One so earnestly bestow life, in order to benefit beings? Today, we have obtained a very good gain." Then, the Blessed One, facing the east, remained in meditation, and with the sound of a bell, urged all the Tathagatas, saying: "Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Ones, who have awakened to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment for the sake of compassion for sentient beings, please be my friends! Therefore, we, having been blessed here by the blessings of all the Buddhas, will utterly avert the untimely death of all sentient beings, and will also turn the second wheel of Dharma that has not been turned before." Thus he spoke. Similarly, he urged all the Tathagatas of the south, west, north, above, and below, saying: "Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Ones,

For the sake of loving sentient beings, may those Buddhas who have attained unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment be my friends. Similarly, in all directions and corners, it is said: In order that these beings may fully attain life, strength, and beauty, and not be subject to the fear of untimely death, may all Buddhas be my friends. Then, as many realms of the ten directions as appear in the eyes of the Buddhas, those realms are filled by the Blessed One like a sesame pod. After they have promised to be friends of the Tathagata, all those Tathagatas say this: Tadyatha. Tsala Tsala Tsale, Binati, Svastike, Chakra Angati, Prashamantu, Sarva Roga Anatare, Kunate Maha Kunate, Tsare Tsare Re, Hema Giri, Hema Gauri, Hema Nishunti, Hema Sisi, Kaura Be Kaura Ba Be, He Kura Re, Kura Re, Kumati, Bisha Samane, Shishu Bi, Tsale Tsale, Bitsale, Ma Bilamba Humu Humu Svaha. All the lords of secrets are near all the Tathagatas, and they say: Hum Hum Sisi Svaha. After saying this, all the Tathagatas disappeared. Then, the great king Namtose (Vaishravana) prayed to the Blessed One in this way: Blessed One, I will also protect with the blessing of the Tathagata, and avert untimely death. Tadyatha. Shwete Shwete, Le Lili. Holy Born also said: Matange Matange, Matangi Ni, Shuma Shamu. Dhritarashtra also said: Tsare Tsare Re Svaha. Virupaksha also said: Balampi Pa. The Blessed One said this: Great kings, whoever recites this vidya-mantra seen by all the Buddhas once a day, one should generate the perception of a teacher towards that son or daughter of the lineage. That son or daughter of the lineage will not go to the three lower realms. By this, all sentient beings

Will benefit their lives. Whoever, for the benefit of all sentient beings, recites these words as if for one day, and whoever reads this, will not have the fear of untimely death. Evil diseases will not arise in their body. They will not die by water. Not by fire, not by weapons, not by poison, not by falling off a cliff. Wherever the sons of the Victorious Ones recite the mantra, know that place is remembered by all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Whoever writes it or causes it to be written, will have paid homage to the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, with all offerings. Why is that? Because the Tathagatas say that serving sentient beings is serving the Buddhas. Whoever writes this and wears it on their limbs, all their limbs will be protected. The Bhagavat spoke thus, and the Four Great Kings and the retinue complete with all, and the world with gods, humans, asuras, and gandharvas rejoiced and praised what the Bhagavat had said. The Dharani called 'The Holy and Excellent One Possessing All the Limbs of All the Buddhas' is complete. The Indian Abbot Jinamitra, Danashila, and the reviser, translator Bande Yeshede, translated and revised it together, and fixed it after correcting it with new language. The Dharani called 'The Holy and Excellent One Possessing All the Limbs of All the Buddhas'.
