Homage to her who strikes the surface of the earth with her hand, striking with her palm and stamping with her feet. Homage to the blissful, virtuous, and peaceful one, the very realm of cessation of sorrow and peace. Homage to her who holds in her hand the form of a divine lake, marked with the sign of a deer. Uttering twice Tāra, with the syllable Phaṭ (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸), she removes all poisons without exception. Homage to the queen of the assemblies of gods, served by gods and non-gods. With the splendor of armor, delighting in all ways, she removes strife and bad dreams. Homage to her whose two eyes, the sun and moon, are full and radiant with light. Uttering twice Hara, with Tuttāra, she removes the most violent epidemics. Homage to her who arranges the three realities, perfectly endowed with the power of peace. Destroying demons, corpses, and assemblies of yakshas, Ture is the supreme and excellent one. This praise with the root mantra, and the twenty-one homages, whoever with intelligence, possessing perfect devotion to the goddess, recites them well, having risen at dusk and dawn, remembering, bestows all fearlessness. All sins are completely pacified, and all bad migrations are destroyed. The seven million Buddhas will quickly bestow empowerment, and one will obtain a greater state than this, and go to the ultimate state of Buddhahood. Her great and powerful poison, whether it is stable or moving, whether it has been eaten or drunk, by remembering, one will obtain the ability to quickly remove all suffering. Afflictions caused by demons, epidemics, and poisons, she completely abandons the assemblies of suffering, and also to other sentient beings.
