持锡杖的通用仪轨 持锡杖的通用仪轨 持锡杖的通用仪轨。持锡杖的通用仪轨。想要如法受持锡杖, 应于一位僧人前双膝跪地,如是说:僧人请垂听。我名唤某某,今于僧人处祈请为持锡杖的阿阇梨,如是重复三次。彼亦应如是谛听:具寿,汝于无上菩提发心后,如法受持锡杖,如法行持吗?手不净者,不得持之。入僧众处时,不得拔出头和尖端而放置。若入俗家,应将尖端朝后。若早晨需入俗家行乞,应摇动锡杖三次。摇动三次后,若未至,则摇动至五次。摇动至五次后,若未至,则摇动至七次。摇动至七次后,若未至,则在其他人家摇动至七次。至七家后,若已足够,亦应于彼处作饮食之事,如是重复三次。持锡杖之法有二十五条:为守护地上之蛇而持,为跨越而持,为行乞而持,出现和进入时,以及见到佛像时,应发出声音。不得持锡杖进入僧众之中,不得过午仍持锡杖行走,不得双肩扛着,两头悬挂,不得置于肩上,不得用手弯曲,不得持锡杖前往大小便之处,不得于堪布和阿阇梨持锡杖行走之后跟随,不得于 四人以上持锡杖行走之后,持锡杖跟随,不得于施主之家中

The Common Practice of Holding a Khakkhara (Staff). If one wishes to properly receive and hold a Khakkhara, One should kneel before a monk and say the following: "Venerable one, please listen. I, named so-and-so, now request from the Venerable one to be the Acharya of holding the Khakkhara," repeating this three times. The monk should also listen in this way: "Venerable one, having generated the mind for unsurpassed Bodhi, do you properly receive and hold the Khakkhara, and act according to the Dharma?" One with unclean hands should not hold it. When entering the Sangha's place, one should not take out the head and tip and place it down. If entering a layperson's house, the tip should be pointed backwards. If in the morning one needs to go begging in a layperson's house, one should shake the Khakkhara three times. After shaking it three times, if it is not enough, shake it up to five times. After shaking it up to five times, if it is not enough, shake it up to seven times. After shaking it up to seven times, if it is not enough, shake it up to seven times at another house. After going to seven houses, if it is enough, one should also do the work of eating there, repeating this three times. There are twenty-five rules for holding the Khakkhara: it is held to protect against snakes on the ground, it is held for crossing over, it is held for begging, and when appearing and entering, and when seeing an image of the Buddha, one should make a sound. One should not enter the Sangha while holding the Khakkhara, one should not walk around holding the Khakkhara after noon, one should not carry it on both shoulders with the two heads hanging down, one should not place it on the shoulder, one should not bend it with the hand, one should not go to the toilet while holding the Khakkhara, one should not follow after the Khenpo and Acharya who are walking while holding the Khakkhara, one should not follow after four or more people who are walking while holding the Khakkhara, one should not be in the house of a patron
