ཆོས་བཞི་པའི་མདོ། ཆོས་བཞི་པའི་མདོ། རྒྱ་གར་སྐད་དུ། ཙ་ཏུར་དྷརྨ་ཀ་སཱུ་ཏྲ། བོད་སྐད་དུ། ཆོས་བཞི་པའི་མདོ། སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །འདི་སྐད་བདག་གིས་ཐོས་པ་དུས་གཅིག་ན། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མཉན་ཡོད་ན་རྒྱལ་བུ་རྒྱལ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཚལ་མགོན་མེད་ཟས་སྦྱིན་གྱི་ཀུན་དགའ་ར་བ་ན། དགེ་སློང་སྟོང་ཉིས་བརྒྱ་ལྔ་བཅུའི་དགེ་སློང་གི་དགེ་འདུན་ཆེན་པོ་དང་ཐབས་ཅིག་ཏུ་བཞུགས་ཏེ། དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བརྟན་ཅིང་ཟབ་ལ་སྙན་ཅིང་རྒྱ་ཆེ་བའི་སྒྲ་དབྱངས་ཀྱིས་དགེ་སློང་རྣམས་ལ་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། དགེ་སློང་དག་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་མཁས་པས་ཇི་སྲིད་འཚོའི་བར་དུ་གནས་བཞི་ལ་ཡིད་བརྟན་པར་མི་བྱའོ། །བཞི་གང་ཞེ་ན། དགེ་སློང་དག་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་མཁས་པས་བདག་ནི་བུད་མེད་དག་ལ་དགའ་བའོ་སྙམ་དུ་ཇི་སྲིད་འཚོའི་བར་དུ་ཡིད་བརྟན་པར་མི་བྱ་བ་དང་། དགེ་སློང་དག་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་མཁས་པས་བདག་ནི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཕོ་བྲང་འཁོར་ལ་དགའ་བའོ་སྙམ་དུ་ཇི་སྲིད་འཚོའི་བར་དུ་ཡིད་བརྟན་པར་མི་བྱ་བ་དང་། དགེ་སློང་དག་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་མཁས་པས་བདག་ནི་གཟུགས་བཟང་བ་མཛེས་པ་བལྟ་ན་སྡུག་པ་ནད་ཉུང་བའོ་སྙམ་དུ་ཇི་སྲིད་འཚོའི་བར་དུ་ཡིད་བརྟན་པར་མི་བྱ་བ་དང་། དགེ་སློང་དག་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་མཁས་པས་བདག་ནི་ཕྱུག་པ། ནོར་མང་བ། ཡོ་བྱད་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པའོ་སྙམ་དུ་ཇི་སྲིད་འཚོའི་བར་དུ་ཡིད་བརྟན་པར་མི་བྱའོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏེ། བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པས་དེ་སྐད་གསུངས་ནས། སྟོན་པས་གཞན་ཡང་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །བུད་མེད་བརྟེན་དུ་ག་ལ་རུང་། །རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཕོ་བྲང་ག་ལ་དགའ། །དབུ་བའི་སྙིང་པོ་ག་ལ་ཡོད། །ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྟག་པ་ག་ལ་ཡིན། །ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དག་ནི་འབབ་ཆུ་བཞིན། །གྲུ་ཅི་འདྲ་བར་ཁྱིམ་དེ་འདྲ། །མེ་ཏོག་ཅི་འདྲ་གཟུགས་དེ་བཞིན། །སྲོག་ནི་ཆུ་བུར་འདྲ་བ་ཡིན། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ནས། དགེ་སློང་དེ་དག་དང་། ལྷ་དང་། མི་དང་། ལྷ་མ་ཡིན་དང་། དྲི་ཟར་བཅས་པའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཡི་རངས་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པ་ལ་མངོན་པར་བསྟོད་དོ།། །།ཆོས་བཞི་པའི་མདོ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །། ཆོས་བཞི་པའི་མདོ།

四法经。 四法经。 印度语： Chaturdharma Sutra。藏语：四法经。 向所有佛和菩萨致敬！ 如是我闻，一时，世尊在舍卫城祇陀林给孤独园，与一千二百五十位比丘的大比丘僧团在一起。 然后，世尊以坚定、深刻、悦耳和广大的声音对比丘们说： 比丘们，有智慧的种姓之子，在有生之年不应依赖四件事。 哪四件事呢？ 比丘们，有智慧的种姓之子，不应认为“我喜欢女人”，而终生依赖女人； 比丘们，有智慧的种姓之子，不应认为“我喜欢王宫的眷属”，而终生依赖王宫； 比丘们，有智慧的种姓之子，不应认为“我身材好、美丽、悦目、少病”，而终生依赖这些； 比丘们，有智慧的种姓之子，不应认为“我富有、有很多财富、有很多用具”，而终生依赖这些。 世尊如是说。 善逝如是说后，导师又如是说： 女人怎能依赖？ 王宫怎能喜欢？ 财富的精华在哪里？ 享用怎能恒常？ 享用如同流水， 船如何家也如何， 花如何容貌也如何， 生命如同水泡。 世尊如是说后，比丘们、天、人、阿修罗和乾闼婆等世间众生皆大欢喜，对世尊所说表示赞赏。 四法经圆满。

The Sutra of Four Dharmas. The Sutra of Four Dharmas. In Sanskrit: Chaturdharma Sutra. In Tibetan: The Sutra of Four Dharmas. Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Thus I have heard, at one time, the Blessed One was dwelling in Jeta Grove, Anathapindika's Park in Shravasti, together with a great Sangha of monks, twelve hundred and fifty monks. Then, the Blessed One, with a voice that was firm, profound, pleasing, and vast, spoke to the monks: Monks, a wise son of good family should not rely on four things for as long as he lives. What are the four? Monks, a wise son of good family should not think, "I am fond of women," and rely on women for as long as he lives; Monks, a wise son of good family should not think, "I am fond of the retinue of the royal palace," and rely on the royal palace for as long as he lives; Monks, a wise son of good family should not think, "I have a good figure, am beautiful, pleasing to look at, and have few illnesses," and rely on these for as long as he lives; Monks, a wise son of good family should not think, "I am rich, have much wealth, and have abundant possessions," and rely on these for as long as he lives. The Blessed One spoke thus. After the Sugata had spoken thus, the Teacher further spoke thus: How can one rely on women? How can one be fond of the royal palace? Where is the essence of wealth? How can enjoyment be permanent? Enjoyment is like flowing water, As the boat, so is the home, As the flower, so is the appearance, Life is like a water bubble. After the Blessed One had spoken thus, the monks, and the world with gods, humans, asuras, and gandharvas, rejoiced and praised what the Blessed One had said. The Sutra of Four Dharmas is complete.
