Then, through the power of the Buddha, all realms of the world in the eastern direction, and similarly in the southern direction, the western direction, the northern direction, the northeast intermediate direction, the southeast intermediate direction, the southwest intermediate direction, the northwest intermediate direction, the lower direction, and the upper direction, in all realms of the world, in each of these four continents and so forth, those Thus-Gone Ones appear to reside in that manner. Without ceasing to manifest miraculous displays, the Blessed One appeared to go to the Galava palace, the Victory Banner palace of Indra, lord of the gods, at the summit of Mount Meru, near the Bodhi tree. Just as the Blessed One appears to ascend to the summit of Mount Meru in this four-continent world, so too does he appear to ascend to the summit of Mount Meru in the four-continent worlds of all realms, and the previous blessings also appear undiminished. Then, Indra, lord of the gods, saw the Blessed One manifestly approaching the separate Victory Banner palace from afar. Similarly, on the summits of Mount Meru in all the worlds, the Indras, the Lords of the Gods, also prepared seats for the Tathagatas in the same manner and with the same adornments. Then, Indra, the Lord of the Gods, holding the seat and lion throne of the Blessed One, with great reverence and ceremony, folded his hands towards where the Blessed One was, prostrated, and said to the Blessed One: "Blessed One, please come! Sugata, please come! Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened One, please come in peace!" Then, the Blessed One, invited by Indra, the Lord of the Gods, went to the Palace of Sudarshana. As the Blessed One descended in this way, it also appeared in the palaces of all the gods in all the worlds. Then, Indra, the Lord of the Gods, through the power of the Buddha, played songs, music, and countless cymbals in all the thirty-three heavens. The one with eyes, the moon among men, the protector of beings, Who has gone to be a precious ornament. May this also bring auspiciousness and goodness! Which auspicious and holy one is it? The one who is extremely vast, truly wise, and steadfast, Who has gone to the summit of Mount Malaya. May this also bring auspiciousness and goodness! Which auspicious and holy one is it? The Buddha, the supreme teacher, the one without obstacles, Who has gone to the spotless moon. May this also bring auspiciousness and goodness! Which auspicious and holy one is it? Whose fame is spotless, the protector, the lotus-minded one, Who has gone to the spotless place. May this also bring auspiciousness and goodness! Which auspicious and holy one is it? The protector, the lamp-maker, the one with light, Who has gone into the net of light. May this also bring auspiciousness and goodness!
