第七，名为显明世界海地基庄严之品。 第七，名为显明世界海地基庄严之品。 诸位佛子，于彼广大之环境中，世界海之大地基，乃以众多宝物之庄严所装饰，如金刚般极其坚硬、牢固而稳定，由一切珍宝所成，为大海所区分，具不坏之精华，不高不低，平坦而清净，一切珍宝之 颜色与光芒，皆极尽庄严。以犹如一切有情身形之各种宝物形象所严饰，以一切珍宝之色彩庄严，以一切悦意之珍宝莲花为基，于一切所缘境中，化为种种不同之云所遍覆。以珍宝之王、一切香之库藏，平坦铺展其地基。珍宝之王，以三世如来之刹土庄严，编织成云之网。一切如来之行境光明，与珍宝之网，如幻术般区分。诸位佛子，如是等等，此乃大地坛城之庄严之显明，如世界海之极微尘数。 其后，普贤菩萨复为详尽阐述此世界海之地基庄严之海，以佛之加持力，向十方观察，彼时以偈颂宣说： 大地坛城基清净，轮网所成坚不可摧， 珍宝种种住于平等基，珍宝种种周遍一切处。 悦意之地金刚黄金基，珍宝水流山岳轮所成， 莲花坛城为基花之土，檀香粉末珍宝处处散。 光芒种种珍宝花朵等，光芒四射遍及各方， 如来光芒珍宝所生。

Chapter Seven: Displaying the Splendor of the World-Ocean Ground Chapter Seven: Displaying the Splendor of the World-Ocean Ground Oh, sons of the Victorious Ones, within that great environment, the great ground of the world-ocean realm is adorned with all kinds of jewels. It is as hard, firm, and stable as a vajra, made of all kinds of precious substances, distinguished by the ocean, possessing an indestructible essence, neither high nor low, level and pure. All the colors and lights of all precious jewels are exceedingly adorned. It is well-arranged with various jewel forms like the shapes of the bodies of all sentient beings, adorned with the ornaments of all precious colors, based on all pleasing jewel lotuses, and covered everywhere by clouds that transform into various forms in all objects of focus. The ground is evenly spread with the king of jewels, all the treasuries of incense. The king of jewels, with the adornments of the fields of the Thus-Gone Ones of the three times, weaves a net of clouds. The light of the sphere of activity of all the Thus-Gone Ones and the net of jewels are distinguished like illusions. Oh, sons of the Victorious Ones, these and so forth are the manifestations of the splendor of that mandala of the earth, as numerous as the extremely fine particles of the world-ocean realm. Then, the Bodhisattva Samantabhadra, in order to fully describe this ocean of the splendor of the ground of the world-ocean realm, looked in all ten directions by the blessing of the Buddha. At that time, he spoke these verses: The ground of the earth mandala is pure and level, Formed by a wheel-net, indestructible and firm. Various jewels abide on an equal ground, Various jewels are everywhere throughout. The pleasing earth is a vajra-gold base, Precious streams are formed by mountain ranges. The lotus mandala is a base of flower earth, Sandalwood powder and jewels are scattered everywhere. Various rays of light, precious flowers, Radiating light, even the clouds blaze in all directions. 散布开来。 大地遍布令人心旷神怡的鲜花。 所有的云彩都在各处浓密地飘荡。 无尽的广阔从各处覆盖着。 所有的佛土都充满各个方向。 佛陀的教法悦耳地宣扬。 珍宝内显佛陀的所有愿望。 极其长久的时间里恒常地示现一切。 先前的一切行为，无论是什么样的行为。 都比宝珠的种子更加清晰地显现。 那里的海洋铺满了各种各样的珍宝。 在那里面显现佛陀的行境。 那些佛陀的行境，那些佛土。 在所有海洋的每一个微尘中显现。 花朵的精华用彩色的轮来成就。 在那里菩萨们恒常行走。 菩萨们的所有愿望也在宣扬。 精华菩提在轮中变化。 珍宝的光芒，具有光芒的那些。 从大地的宝物庄严中产生。 佛陀的法性也恒常示现。 法界如同虚空般充满一切。 佛陀的一切境，广大的智慧。 以及普贤菩萨的愿望谁能知晓？ 那些在各处海洋中。 佛土融入海洋的幻化中。 名为《世界之境海洋地基庄严极显品》即第七品。 第七品，《世界之境海洋地基庄严极显品》。

Scattered. The earth is covered with pleasing flowers. All the clouds are floating thickly in all directions. Endless expanse covers everything from everywhere. All the Buddha-fields are filled in all directions. The Buddha's teachings are proclaimed sweetly. All the precious inner manifestations of the Buddha's aspirations. Show everything constantly for a very long time. All previous actions, whatever kind of actions. All appear clearer than the seeds of jewels. That ocean is laid with various kinds of jewels. In it appears the realm of Buddha's activity. Those realms of Buddha's activity, those Buddha-fields. Appear in every single atom of all the oceans. The essence of flowers is accomplished with wheels of color. There, Bodhisattvas constantly walk. All the aspirations of the Bodhisattvas are also proclaimed. The essence of Bodhi transforms into a wheel. Precious rays of light, those that possess light. Arise from the adornment of the earth's treasures. The Dharma-nature of the Buddha also constantly shows. The Dharma-realm fills everything like the sky. All the realms of the Buddhas, the vast wisdom. And who knows the aspirations of Samantabhadra? Those in all the oceans in all directions. The Buddha-fields enter into the illusion of the ocean's realm. This is called "The Chapter on the Extremely Manifest Adornment of the Ocean Foundation of the World Realm," the seventh chapter.
