不定法二事之说 不定法二事之说 总摄： 隐处有救护而住。 诸具寿！此二不定法，乃于半月半月诵别解脱经时而出。复次，若有比丘与妇女之境，单身独处，隐处有救护，作可欲事而坐于座。若彼具信之优婆夷，以具信之语，说三种法——波罗夷、僧残、或堕罪中任何一种。比丘若承诺坐，则令犯三种法——波罗夷、僧残、或堕罪中任何一种。若彼比丘，为具信之优婆夷，以任何法所说，即以彼法使彼比丘行之，此乃不定法。复次，若有比丘与妇女之境，单身独处，隐处有救护，作不可欲事而坐于座。若彼具信之优婆夷，以具信之语，说二种法——僧残、或堕罪中任何一种。比丘若承诺坐，则令犯二种法——僧残、或堕罪中任何一种。若彼比丘，为具信之优婆夷，以任何法所说，即以彼法使彼比丘行之，此亦不定法。诸具寿！我已宣说二种不定法竟。于此，我当问诸具寿：汝等于此清净耶？我当再三问：汝等于此清净耶？若诸具寿于此清净，则应如是默然受持。 不定法二事之说

Explanation of the Two Uncertain Dharmas Explanation of the Two Uncertain Dharmas Summary: Living in seclusion with protection. O venerable ones, these two uncertain dharmas arise from reciting the Pratimoksha Sutra every half month. Furthermore, if a bhikshu dwells alone with a woman in a secluded place with protection, engaging in permissible acts and sitting on a seat, and if a laywoman with faithful words speaks of three dharmas—defeat (Parajika), residual offense (Sanghavasesa), or any offense from the downfall (Patayantika)—and the bhikshu agrees to sit, then he is made to commit one of the three dharmas—defeat, residual offense, or any offense from the downfall. If that bhikshu, by the words of a faithful laywoman, is made to commit whatever dharma is spoken of, that is an uncertain dharma. Furthermore, if a bhikshu dwells alone with a woman in a secluded place with protection, engaging in impermissible acts and sitting on a seat, and if a laywoman with faithful words speaks of two dharmas—residual offense or any offense from the downfall—and the bhikshu agrees to sit, then he is made to commit one of the two dharmas—residual offense or any offense from the downfall. If that bhikshu, by the words of a faithful laywoman, is made to commit whatever dharma is spoken of, that is also an uncertain dharma. O venerable ones, I have finished explaining the two uncertain dharmas. Here, I will ask the venerable ones: Are you pure in this? I will ask again and again: Are you pure in this?
