身体的，自性寿命得以增长。白红精液的交融，使世间种族得以繁衍。若想增长财富和物品，则修持珍宝精华之法。加入红色，能将所有目标都掌控在手中。进行诛灭之时的修法，轮的光芒化为身，以钩和杵等，降下猛烈的兵器和冰雹，在顶门等处，进行摧毁蕴聚的修法。据说能摧毁和分离种子，从而成就。因此等等的修法，智者应当了知。这些是咒语的究竟，从中，从疾病和一切痛苦中，愿能解脱，吽 啪 梭哈！（藏文：ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱཧཱ།，梵文天城体：हुं फट् स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ phaṭ svāhā，汉语字面意思：吽 啪 梭哈！）这被说是修持的精华。这是所有窍诀中的窍诀。智者不依赖文字，公正衡量之人，即使修行一劫也没有结果。因此智者极为珍贵。以此造作的善业，愿种姓和细微的分别念，以及疾病的痛苦得以平息。

Of the body, the nature of life is increased. The mingling of white and red semen causes the lineage of the world to flourish. If you want to increase wealth and possessions, then practice the method of precious essence. Adding the color red will bring all goals under your control. The practice at the time of annihilation is such that the light of the wheel transforms into a body, and with hooks and vajras, fierce weapons and hail are brought down. In the crown of the head and other places, perform the practice of destroying the aggregates. It is said that destroying and separating the seed will lead to accomplishment. Therefore, the wise should understand these and other practices. These are the ultimate mantras, from which, from all diseases and sufferings, may there be liberation, Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā! (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱཧཱ།, Devanagari: हुं फट् स्वाहा, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ phaṭ svāhā, Literal Chinese: 吽 啪 梭哈!) This is said to be the essence of practice. This is the innermost secret of all. The wise do not rely on words, and those who measure with impartiality will not achieve results even if they practice for an eon. Therefore, the wise are extremely precious. By the virtue of composing this, may the lineage and subtle discriminations, as well as the pain of disease, be pacified.
