མེ་ གྷ་ས་མུ་དྲ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ།མེ་ཏོག་དབུལ་བའོ། །ོཾ་བཛྲ་དྷཱུ་པ་པཱུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མུ་དྲ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ། བདུག་སྤོས་ཤངས་སུའོ། །ོཾ་བཛྲ་དཱི་པ་པཱུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མུ་དྲ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ། མར་མེ་སྤྱན་ལའོ། །ོཾ་བཛྲ་གནྡྷ་པཱུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མུ་དྲ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ། དྲི་ཐུགས་ཀར་རོ། ། ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ནཻ་བི་དྱེ་པཱུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མུ་དྲ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ། ཞལ་ཟས་ཞལ་དུའོ། །ོཾ་བཛྲ་ཤཔྟ་པཱུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མུ་དྲ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ། སིལ་སྙན་སྙན་དུའོ། །ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿས། དགུག་པ་དང་། གཞུག་པ་དང་། བཅིང་བ་དང་། དབང་དུ་བྱའོ། །ཡང་ལུས་དང་ངག་དང་སེམས་བྱིན་གྱིས བརླབ་པར་བྱའོ།།མགོ་བོ་དང་ལྐོག་མ་དང་། སྙིང་གར་པདྨ་དང་། ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ། སྐུ་དང་གསུང་དང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་སྙིང་པོ་ཇི་ལྟ་བར་བཀོད་ལ། དཀར་པོ་དང་སྔོན་པོ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བསམ་མོ། །དེ་ནས་སྤྱི་བོ་དང་། མགྲིན་པ་དང་། སྙིང་གར་པདྨ་དང་། ཟླ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ། རིམ་པ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་དམིགས་ལ། གསང་སྔགས་བཟླས་པར་བྱ་བ་ནི་འདི་ཡིན་ཏེ། ཉི་མ་ས་བླ་ན་ཀླད་པ་ནཾ། ཀུ་ན་ཞི། ཙིཏྟ་ཀུ་ལི་ནཾ། ཙི་ཏྲ་མུ་ཏྲ་ཡཀྵ་ཏྲ་བཟློག་བྱེར། གསལ་པོར་དམིགས་ལ་བཟླས་པ་བྱ། སྐྱོ་བའམ་དུབ་པར་གྱུར་ན། གསང་སྔགས་ཡིད་ཀྱིས བཟླས་པར་བྱ་སྟེ།སྔགས་ཀྱི་སྐྱོན་སྤངས་ཏེ། མི་གསལ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་རྣམ་པར་རྟོག་པ་སྤང་བར་བྱའོ། །བཟླས་པས་སྐྱོ་ན་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བཏོན་ལ། མཆོད་པ་དང་། བསྟོད་པ་དང་། བཟོད་གསོལ་བྱ། དེ་ནས་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུཾ། ས་མ་ཡ་མུཿས། ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་གཤེགས་སུ་ གསོལ།དེ་ནས་མི་དམིགས་པར་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱའོ། །ལྡང་བར་འདོད་ན། ཡི་གེ་བརྒྱ་པའི་སྔགས་བརྗོད་ལ། ལྡང་བར་བྱའོ། །ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྕེ་དབབ་ཀྱི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས། གསང་བའི་ཡང་བཀོལ་གྱི་ཆོ་ག་བཀོད་པ་ཡི། བདག་གིས་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་འདི་བཀོད་པས། བདག་དང་ ་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི།

མེ་ གྷ་ས་མུ་དྲ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ།（藏文）献花。 ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་དྷཱུ་པ་པཱུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མུ་དྲ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ།（藏文）焚香于鼻。 ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་དཱི་པ་པཱུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མུ་དྲ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ།（藏文）明灯于眼。 ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་གནྡྷ་པཱུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མུ་དྲ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ།（藏文）香于心间。 ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ནཻ་བི་དྱེ་པཱུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མུ་དྲ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ།（藏文）食物于口。 ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཤཔྟ་པཱུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མུ་དྲ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ།（藏文）乐器于耳。 ཛཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：जः，梵文罗马拟音：jah，汉语字面意思：降临）ཧཱུཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：忿怒）བཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体：वं，梵文罗马拟音：vaṃ，汉语字面意思：束缚）ཧོཿས།（藏文） 勾招，引入，系缚，令其自在。 又，加持身语意。于头顶和喉咙以及心间的莲花和月轮上，如其所是地安布身语意的精华，观想白色和蓝色等颜色。然后，观想头顶、喉咙和心间的莲花和月亮等，按照次第，应当念诵的秘密咒语是：ཉི་མ་ས་བླ་ན་ཀླད་པ་ནཾ།（藏文）ཀུ་ན་ཞི།（藏文）ཙིཏྟ་ཀུ་ལི་ནཾ།（藏文）ཙི་ཏྲ་མུ་ཏྲ་ཡཀྵ་ཏྲ་བཟློག་བྱེར།（藏文） 明晰地观想并念诵。如果感到疲倦或困乏，则用心念诵秘密咒语，断除咒语的过失，断除不清晰等分别念。如果念诵感到疲倦，则取出智慧轮，进行供养、赞颂和忏悔。然后，ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུཾ།（藏文，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 啊 吽）ས་མ་ཡ་མུཿས།（藏文） 祈请智慧轮返回。然后，进行无所缘的禅修。如果想要起身，则念诵百字明咒，然后起身。这是金刚手降舌的修法，是秘密甚深的仪轨。我撰写此修法，愿我和一切众生

Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum. Offering flowers. Om Vajra Dhupa Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum. Incense to the nose. Om Vajra Dipa Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum. Light to the eyes. Om Vajra Gandha Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum. Fragrance to the heart. Om Vajra Naivedya Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum. Food to the mouth. Om Vajra Shabda Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum. Music to the ears. Jah Hum Vam Hoh. Attracting, entering, binding, and subduing. Furthermore, bless the body, speech, and mind. On the lotus and moon mandala at the head, throat, and heart, arrange the essence of body, speech, and mind as they are, and contemplate white and blue colors, etc. Then, visualize the lotus and moon, etc., at the crown of the head, throat, and heart, in the order as it is, and the secret mantra to be recited is: Nyima Sa Lana Klapa Nam. Kuna Zhi. Chitta Kulina. Chitra Mutra Yaksha Tra Zlok Jyer. Visualize clearly and recite. If you become tired or weary, recite the secret mantra in your mind, abandoning the faults of the mantra, abandoning the conceptual thoughts of unclearness, etc. If you are tired of reciting, then bring out the wheel of wisdom, and make offerings, praises, and apologies. Then, Om Ah Hum. Samaya Muh. Request the wheel of wisdom to depart. Then, meditate without any object of focus. If you want to arise, recite the hundred-syllable mantra and then arise. This is the practice of Vajrapani's tongue-lowering, a secret and profound ritual. By my writing this practice, may I and all sentient beings
