་དགའ་དམ་པའི་དངོས། །དངོས་དང་དངོས་མེད་སྤྱོད་དང་བྲལ། །སྤྲུལ་པ་ཆོས་དང་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དང་། །བདེ་ཆེན་འཁོར་ལོ་རྣམ་པར་བརྒྱན། ། ཧཾ་ཀ་རས་བསྐྱེད་པ་ཡི། །ཡེ་ཤེས་སྲད་ བུས་རབ་བརྒྱུས་ཤིང་།།སྤྲུལ་པའི་ལུས་ལས་ཡང་དག་འབྱུང་། །དག་པའི་ཤེལ་ལྟར་དྲི་མེད་ཅིང་། །སྔགས་ཕྲེང་བརྗོད་མེད་སྐད་ཅིག་དང་། །ལྡན་པའི་སྦྱོར་བ་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བྱ། །ཇི་སྲིད་འབར་བར་འགྱུར་བ་ན། །སྐད་ཅིག་འཇིག་རྟེན་གསུམ་སྲེག་བྱེད། ། མི་ཤིགས་ཡི་གེའི་སྦོ་ནས་ནི། །བསིལ་བྱེད་ཞུ་བ་གཡོས་འགྱུར་བ། །ལན་སྟོང་བདུད་རྩིའི་རྒྱུན་སུམ་ཅུ། །རྩ་གཉིས་ཡན་ལག་སྤྲོས་པ་ཆེ། །མ་ཡི་མཐའ་མའི་མཐར་ཐུག་བཞི། །གང་བ་རྒྱུན་ཆེན་འགྱུར་བ་མེད། །འཁོར་ལོའི་མཐར་ཐུག་གཡོ་ཞིང་འབབ། །བདེ ཆེན་ནམ་མཁའ་ཁྱབ་པར་བྱེད།།སྐྲ་གྲོལ་མཐོན་པོར་རབ་འདུག་ཅིང་། །གཅེར་བུར་གནས་པའི་སྒྲུབ་པ་མཆོག་།ལུས་ནི་ལྷོ་རུ་མངོན་ཕྱོགས་ཏེ། །ཡི་གེ་ཕཊ་སྒྲོགས་རྐང་པ་ནི། །མནན་ཅིང་གྱེན་དུ་བལྟ་བ་ནས། །ནམ་ཕྱེད་གཏོར་ མ་གཏང་བར་བྱ།།སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག་རྣམ་རིག་ཅན། །ཏིང་འཛིན་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་དག་བྱའི་ཕྱིར། །སྐད་ཅིག་མ་ཡིས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་བདག་།གཉིས་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་རྣམ་པར་སྤངས། །ཆོ་གའི་རྣམ་པ་འདི་ཡིས་ནི། །མྱུར་དུ་དངོས་གྲུབ་འཐོབ་བྱེད་ཅིང་། །རྡོ་རྗེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་མྱུར་ འདི་བྱས།།ཀུན་མཁྱེན་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྙིང་པོ་དང་ཁམས་བློ་ཆེན་འཇམ་དཔལ་དང་འདྲ་མཁས་པ་རྣམས། །མི་ཤེས་རྩ་བ་ལས་བྱུང་རྨོངས་པས་མི་མཐུན་བྱས་པ་གང་ཡིན་དེ་བཟོད་མཛོད། །རྡོ་རྗེ་མཁའ་རྒྱུ་འབྱུང་བ་མ་ལུས་འབར་མཛད་ཅིང་། །པད་མཆོག་རྒྱས་དང་རྟོག་ པའི་མེ་ཏོག་རྒྱས་མཛད་པ།།ཉི་མ་ལྟ་བུར་གཟི་བརྗིད་དང་ལྡན་བྲམ་ཟེ་མཆོག་།དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མ་ཤར་བའི་དམ་ཚིག་དྲིན་གྱིས་བསྡེབས། །འདི་ལས་བདག་གིས་དགེ་བ་ནི། །དྲི་མེད་བསགས་སྒྲུབ་སྟེར་བྱེད་པ། །ཐོབ་དེས་འགྲོ་བ་མ་ལུས་འདི། ། རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་མཐར་བགྲོད་ཤོག་།དེ་ཁོ་ནའི་སྙིང་བོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས། སློབ་དཔོན་དད་བྱེད་གོ་ཆས་མཛད་པ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།ཁ་ཆེའི་མཁན་པོ་བི་ནཱ་ཡ་ཀ་དང་། ལོ་ཙཱ་བ་དགེ་སློང་བློ་ལྡན་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱིས་བསྒྱུར་བའོ། ། ་

乃喜悦圣物，离有无行持，化身法与受用，大乐轮圆满庄严。 吽 (藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) 字所生，以智慧丝线善贯穿，从化身身中真实生，如净琉璃无垢染，咒鬘不可说刹那，具足之结合念诵之，如是炽燃转变时，刹那焚烧三界。 不坏字之焰中，清凉融化转变者，千遍甘露之流三十，二脉支分广大。 玛 (藏文，梵文天城体：मा，梵文罗马拟音：mā，汉语字面意思：玛) 字最后之究竟四，充满大流无转变，轮之究竟摇动而降，大乐虚空遍满。 发散高耸善安住，裸身而住之修持胜，身面向南而显现，字 帕 (藏文，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪) 响亮足，压制且向上观望，至半夜施放食子。 三十六种辨识者，为以三摩地力清净之故，刹那顷瑜伽士我，二者一切皆舍弃。 以此仪轨之相，迅速获得成就，金刚菩提速成此。 犹如遍知智慧藏与大慧文殊之贤者们，不知根本所生愚昧所违背，彼等祈请宽恕。 金刚空行诸有情，无余炽燃，莲花殊胜增长与思之花增长者，如日般具光辉之婆罗门殊胜，具德上师升起之誓言以恩德摄持。 由此我之善，无垢积聚成办施予，愿由此获得者，一切众生此，圆满菩提至究竟。 此乃名为彼之精要之修法。 导师信行铠甲所造圆满。 印度喀什米尔之堪布比那亚嘎达，与译师比丘洛丹谢饶所译。

The very joy of the sacred object, free from the practice of existence and non-existence, the emanation of Dharma and enjoyment, the great bliss wheel perfectly adorned. From the syllable Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) arises, well-threaded with the thread of wisdom, truly arising from the emanation body, stainless like pure crystal. The mantra garland, unspeakable in an instant, the union endowed with recitation is performed. As long as it blazes and transforms, in an instant it burns the three worlds. From the flame of the indestructible syllable, the cooling melting transforms, a thousand times the stream of nectar, thirty, the two channels, the great expanse of branches. The ultimate four of the final Ma (藏文，梵文天城体：मा，梵文罗马拟音：mā，汉语字面意思：玛), full, the great stream without change, the ultimate of the wheel moves and descends, the great bliss pervades the sky. Hair unbound, dwelling high, the supreme practice of dwelling naked, the body manifestly facing south, the syllable Phaṭ (藏文，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪) resounds, the feet pressed down and looking upwards, until midnight the offering is given. Thirty-six discriminators, for the sake of purifying with the power of samadhi, in an instant the yogi self, both of them completely abandoned. By this aspect of the ritual, swiftly attain accomplishment, swiftly accomplish this Vajra Bodhi. Like the omniscient essence of wisdom and the wise ones like the great-minded Manjushri, whatever discord is caused by ignorance arising from the root of unknowing, please forgive them. Vajra Dakinis, all beings, blazing without remainder, lotus supreme flourishing and the flower of thought flourishing, like the sun, the Brahman supreme endowed with splendor, the oath of the glorious Lama rising is combined with kindness. From this, my virtue, stainless accumulation, accomplishment, giving, may all beings here, by that attainment, reach the end of perfect Bodhi. This is the practice called the Essence of That.
