梵语：萨瓦斯底亚那伽陀。 藏语：吉祥偈。 顶礼一切智者！ 天神走近于，世间导师前， 祈请世尊说，何者恒吉祥。 诸位圣者闻，世间导师谕， 何者能恒常，吉祥天善听。 凡是对如来，坚定不移信， 凡是具善德，且持戒律者， 彼等恒吉祥。 凡是对父母，以及子、女、仆， 恒常善侍奉，彼等恒吉祥。 凡是对阿罗汉，具足胜名者， 善信供养及，如天神教谕，彼等恒吉祥。 凡是身语意，毫无诸恶业， 凡是善守护，此等三方面，彼等恒吉祥。 凡是对一切有情， 无量且不嗔， 修持慈悲心，彼等恒吉祥。 凡是为断除，一切诸痛苦， 善修八支圣道，引向安乐者，彼等恒吉祥。 凡是恒常见，一切和合事物， 皆是空性者，此心安住于，彼等恒吉祥。 凡是现证悟，无垢之法身， 阿罗汉解脱，且具足正念，彼等恒吉祥。 凡是对贪嗔痴，以及诸染著， 皆已无染著，生起无惑智，彼等恒吉祥。 凡是对天人世间， 怙主已舍弃轮回， 已证悟佛陀者，彼等恒吉祥。 吉祥偈完。

In Sanskrit: Svastyayana Gatha. In Tibetan: Verses on Becoming Auspicious. Homage to the All-Knowing! A deity approached the Guide of the World, And requested the Blessed One to speak: "What is always auspicious?" The Holy Ones heard this, And the Guide of the World prophesied: "Listen well, O deity, to what always Leads to auspiciousness. Those who have unwavering faith In the Tathagata, Who are virtuous and uphold morality, For them, all is auspicious. Those who always serve well Their father and mother, And their sons, daughters, and servants, For them, all is auspicious. Those who with great faith Offer gifts to the renowned Arhats, And act according to the commands of the gods, For them, all is auspicious. Those who have no misdeeds Of body, speech, and mind, And who well restrain these three, For them, all is auspicious. Those who cultivate a mind of love, Immeasurable and without conflict, Towards all beings, For them, all is auspicious. Those who, in order to abandon all suffering, Well cultivate the eight branches of the Noble Path, Which leads to happiness, For them, all is auspicious. Those who always see well The emptiness of all compounded things, And whose mind abides in that, For them, all is auspicious. Those who directly realize The stainless Dharma of the body, And who, as Arhats, possess liberation and mindfulness, For them, all is auspicious. Those who are free from attachment To desire, hatred, and delusion, And in whom unconfused wisdom has arisen, For them, all is auspicious. Those who have comprehended The Buddha, the protector of the world with its gods, Who has abandoned rebirth, For them, all is auspicious." The Verses on Becoming Auspicious are complete.
