印度语：普扎梅嘎纳玛达罗尼。 藏语：名为《供云》之陀罗尼。顶礼三宝！ 那摩RA特那札雅雅。那摩巴嘎瓦德。班匝萨Ra札玛尔达尼。达塔嘎达雅。阿Ra哈德桑雅桑布达雅。达地雅塔。嗡 班匝热 班匝热。玛哈班匝热。玛哈得匝班匝热。玛哈维雅班匝热。玛哈菩提质达班匝热。玛哈菩提曼陀瓦桑札玛那班匝热。萨瓦嘎玛阿瓦Ra纳维修达那班匝热 梭哈。 此陀罗尼的仪轨是：仅忆念的瞬间，就变成对十方所住之如来世尊，如恒河沙数微尘般数量的佛陀作了供养，并对其双足作了礼拜。 将变成以鲜花、熏香、香、花鬘、涂香、粉末、法衣、伞、胜幢、一切幡、幡、座垫、衣物、眼施、洁净食品等，以及装饰和一切飘动之物作供养。 将变得远离一切罪业，并具足一切善根。诸佛和菩萨都将因见到而真实地欢喜。 诸天、龙、药叉、乾闼婆、阿修罗、迦楼罗、紧那罗、大腹行等一切，以及手持金刚等秘密主们，还有四大天王们，都将如影随形地守护、救护和隐蔽。 从此地命终之后，也将往生极乐世界。这些功德的差别，即使不修持，仅念诵一遍也能获得。 《供云》陀罗尼圆满。

In the language of India: Pūja Megha Nāma Dhāraṇī. In the language of Tibet: The Dhāraṇī Called "Cloud of Offerings". Homage to the Three Jewels! Namo Ratna Trayāya. Namo Bhagavate. Vajra Sāra Pramardani. Tathāgatāya. Arhate Samyaksaṃbuddhāya. Tadyathā. Oṃ Vajre Vajre. Mahā Vajre. Mahā Teja Vajre. Mahā Vidyā Vajre. Mahā Bodhicitta Vajre. Mahā Bodhi Maṇḍopa Saṃkramaṇa Vajra. Sarva Karma Āvaraṇa Viśodhana Vajre Svāhā. The ritual of this dhāraṇī is as follows: In the mere moment of remembering it, it becomes as if one has made offerings to as many Buddhas, Bhagavat, Tathāgatas residing in the ten directions as there are fine dust particles in the Ganges River, and has prostrated to their feet. It will become as if one has made offerings with flowers, incense, perfume, flower garlands, unguents, powders, Dharma robes, umbrellas, victory banners, all banners, banners, cushions, clothes, eye-offerings, pure food, and so on, as well as ornaments and all fluttering things. One will become separated from all sins and endowed with all roots of virtue. All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will be truly delighted by seeing one. All the gods, nāgas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, and all those including Vajrapāṇi and other lords of secrets, as well as the four great kings, will follow, protect, save, and conceal one just like a shadow. Even after dying and transmigrating from here, one will be born in the Sukhāvatī world. These distinctions of qualities, even if not cultivated, will be obtained by merely reciting it once. The Dhāraṇī Called "Cloud of Offerings" is complete.
