D1046 @#། །དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ།།སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་ནས་ཐོགས་མེད་སྟོན་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་ལྡན་པ་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཀ་བ་ཙ་ཀརྞ་ལ་ལ་ཏེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཆུ་ལ་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་ཏེ་གདོང་བཀྲུས་ན་སྐྱེ་བོ་ཐམས་ཅད་དགའ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེའི་ཆོ་ག་ལ་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་གི་སྤྱན་སྔར་ཆུ་བཞག་ལ་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བྱས་ཏེ་འཐུངས་ལ། དྲོ་ཁར ཁ་ཟས་འོ་མ་དང་སྤགས་ཏེ་བཟའ་བ་དེ་ལྟ་བུར་ཞག་བདུན་གྱི་བར་དུ་བྱས་ན་ཉིན་གཅིག་ཀྱང་ཡི་གེ་ཤོ་ལོ་ཀ་སྟོང་ལོབས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ།།ཤོ་ལོ་ཀ་སྟོང་ལོབས་པའི་གཟུངས་རྫོགས་།། །།

顶礼三宝！顶礼诸佛无碍示！顶礼具足大慈大悲的菩萨摩诃萨，圣观自在！达雅塔。嘎瓦匝嘎尔纳拉拉德 梭哈。（梵文：Tadyathā. Kava tsa karna lala te svāhā.）于水中念诵七遍，洗脸，则一切众生皆欢喜。其仪轨为，于圣观自在前置水，念诵七遍后饮用。早晨，食物为牛奶和糌粑，如此七日，则一日亦能背诵一千颂。背诵一千颂之陀罗尼圆满。

Homage to the Three Jewels! Homage to the Buddhas who teach without obstruction! Homage to the noble Avalokiteśvara, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, endowed with great compassion! Tadyathā. Kava tsa karna lala te svāhā. If you recite this seven times over water and wash your face, all beings will be pleased. The ritual for this is to place water before the noble Avalokiteśvara, recite it seven times, and then drink it. In the morning, eat food such as milk and tsampa, and if you do this for seven days, you will be able to memorize a thousand shlokas in one day. The dharani for memorizing a thousand shlokas is complete.
