顶礼三宝！顶礼具足大菩萨、大心菩萨、大悲者圣观自在！ 嗡 达雅塔 喀利喀利 瓦利 德 梭哈。 清晨洗脸时，向一捧水中念诵此咒三遍或七遍后饮用，即使一天也能学会一百个偈颂，以前学会的也不会忘记。学会一百个偈颂完毕。
