D1018 @#། །རྒྱ་གར་སྐད་དུ། ཨཱརྱ་ཨཀྵི་རོ་ག་པྲ་ཤ་མ་ནི་སཱུ་ཏྲ། བོད་སྐད་དུ། འཕགས་པ་མིག་ནད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པའི་མདོ། སངས་རྒྱས དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ།།འདི་སྐད་བདག་གིས་ཐོས་བ་དུས་གཅིག་ན། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཁབ་ན་བྱ་རྒོད་ཀྱི་ཕུང་པོའི་རི་ལ་བཞུགས་ཏེ། དེ་ནས་གནོད་སྦྱིན་གྱི་སྡེ་དཔོན་ཆེན་པོ་ནག་པོ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ ག་ལ་བ་དེར་སོང་སྟེ་ཕྱིན་ནས།བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཁབ་ཀྱི་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་ཆེན་པོ་འདིར་མིག་ནད་དག་བྱུང་ན་དེ་དག་ལ་ཇི་ལྟར་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བགྱི། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ བ།ནག་པོ་མིག་ནད་ཀྱི་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ཚིག་འདི་དག་ཡོད་དེ། ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། རུ་དྷི་རེ་ཕུཿ། རུ་དྷི་ར་ཨཀྵི་ཕུཿ། རུ་དྷི་ར་པིཾ་ག་ལེ་ཕུཿ། བཱ་ཏེ་ཕུཿ། བ་ཏེ་ལེ་ཕུཿ། ཧནྟེ་ཕུཿ། མཱ~ཾ་ས་དུནྡུ་བྷི་ཕུཿ། པདྨ་ཨཀྵི་ཕུཿ། པདྨ་དཎྜ་ཧི་ར་ཎཱི་ཡེ་ ཕུཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ།བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ནས། གནོད་སྦྱིན་གྱི་སྡེ་དཔོན་ཆེན་པོ་ནག་པོ་ཡི་རངས་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པ་ལ་མངོན་པར་བསྟོད་དོ། །ཆོ་ག་ནི་འདི་ཡིན་ཏེ། སྲད་བུ་དཀར་པོ་ལ་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་ ་པ་བྱས་ཏེ་མདུད་པ་བདུན་དོར་རོ།་།ཆུ་ལ་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་པ་བྱས་ལ་ལག་པས་བྱ་བས་ན་མིག་ནད་ཞི་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འཕགས་པ་མིག་ནད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པའི་མདོ་རྫོགས་།

印度语：阿 Arya Akshiroga Prashamani Sutra。 藏语：圣妙眼疾彻底寂静经。 向所有佛和菩萨顶礼！我曾听闻，一时，世尊住在王舍城鹫峰山。 其后，夜叉军 প্রধান 大黑天前往世尊所在之处，抵达后，向世尊禀告道： 世尊，如果这王舍大城中出现眼疾，该如何治疗？ 世尊开示道： 黑天，有这些眼疾的咒语： 嗡 达地雅塔。 汝提热 普。 汝提热 阿克希 普。 汝提热 平嘎列 普。 瓦德 普。 瓦德列 普。 汉德 普。 玛 萨 敦度比 普。 帕德玛 阿克希 普。 帕德玛 丹达 嘿惹尼耶 普 梭哈。 世尊如是开示后，夜叉军 প্রধান 大黑天心生欢喜，对世尊所说深表赞叹。 仪轨如下： 在白线上念诵七遍，打七个结。 在水中念诵七遍，用手擦拭，眼疾即可平息。 圣妙眼疾彻底寂静经圆满。

In the language of India: Arya Akshiroga Prashamani Sutra. In Tibetan: The Noble Sutra for the Complete Pacification of Eye Diseases. Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Thus have I heard. At one time, the Blessed One was dwelling on Vulture Peak Mountain in Rajagriha. Then, the great yaksha general Black One went to where the Blessed One was, and having arrived, he said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, if eye diseases arise in this great city of Rajagriha, how should they be treated? The Blessed One said: Black One, there are these words of the eye disease mantra: Tadyatha. Rudhire Phu. Rudhira Akshi Phu. Rudhira Pingale Phu. Vate Phu. Vatele Phu. Hante Phu. Mamsa Dundubhi Phu. Padma Akshi Phu. Padma Danda Hiraniye Phu Svaha. Having spoken thus, the Blessed One, the great yaksha general Black One rejoiced and greatly praised what the Blessed One had said. The ritual is as follows: Recite seven times on a white thread and tie seven knots. Recite seven times on water and wipe with your hand, and the eye disease will be pacified. The Noble Sutra for the Complete Pacification of Eye Diseases is complete.
