D1016 རྒྱ་གར་སྐད་དུ། ཨཱརྱ་ཛྭ་ར་པྲ་ཤ་མ་ནི་ནཱ་མ་དྷཱ་ར་ཎཱི། བོད་སྐད་དུ། འཕགས་པ་རིམས་ནད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས། སངས་རྒྱས་དང་། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །འདི་སྐད་བདག་གིས ཐོས་པ་དུས་གཅིག་ན།བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཁབ་ན་དུར་ཁྲོད་ཆེན་པོའི་བསིལ་བའི་ཚལ་ན་བཞུགས་ཏེ། དེ་ནས་དགེ་སློང་ཞིག་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་སོང་སྟེ་ཕྱིན་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཞབས་ལ་མགོ་བོས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཏེ་ཕྱོགས་ གཅིག་ཏུ་འདུག་གོ།།ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་ཏུ་འདུག་ནས་དགེ་སློང་དེས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །བཙུན་པ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་འདི་ན་སེམས་ཅན་རིམས་ནད་ཀྱིས་རྣམ་པར་གཙེས་པ་དག་མཆིས་ན། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་དག་ལ་ བསྲུང་དུ་གསོལ།དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་སྣམ་ལོགས་སུ་གཟིགས་ཏེ། ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ལ་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ཕྱོགས་འདི་ན་མེ་ལྕེ་ཕྲེང་བ་ཞེས་པའི་རིམས་གནས་ཏེ། དེ་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་ཉིན་གཅིག་པ་དང་། ཉིན་གཉིས་པ་དང་། ཉིན་གསུམ་པ་དང་། ཉིན་བཞི་པའི་ཚུལ་གྱིས་རྣམ་པར་འཚེ་བར་བྱེད་དེ། དེ་བསྲུང་བའི་གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་གཞི་ནི་འདི་དག་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཛྭ་ལ་ནི་ཛྭ་ལ་ནི། པྲ་ཛྭ་ལ་ནི། པྲ་ཏི་པ་ནི། པྲ་ཤ་མ ནི།བདག་གི་རིམས་ནད་སོང་ཤིག་།མ་འདུག་ཤིག་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། བདེན་པ་དང་བདེན་པའི་ཚིག་གང་གིས་འཇིག་རྟེན་ན་སངས་རྒྱས་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་དང་། འཇིག་རྟེན་ན་ཆོས་དང་། དགེ་འདུན་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་བདེན་པ་དང་། བདེན་པའི་ཚིག་དེས་བདག་གི་ རིམས་ནད་སོང་མ་འདུག་ཤིག་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།སིདྷྱནྟུ་མནྟྲ་པ་དཻ། ཏ་ར་ཏུ། བིདྱ་ཏཾ་བྲ་ཧྨ་ཨ་ནུ་མོ་ཏེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། སྐུད་པ་ནག་པོ་ལ་ལན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་བཟླས་ཏེ་མདུད་པ་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་དོར་རོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ནས། དགེ་སློང་དེ་དག་ཡི་རངས་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པ་ལ་མངོན་པར་བསྟོད་དོ། །འཕགས་པ་རིམས་ནད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས་རྫོགས་།། །།རྒྱ་གར་གྱི་མཁན་པོ་ཛི་ན་མི་ཏྲ་དང་། དཱ་ན་ཤཱི ་ལ་དང་།་ཞུ་ཆེན་གྱི་ལོ་ཙྪ་བ་བནྡེ་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྡེས་བསྒྱུར་ཅིང་ཞུས་ཏེ་གཏན་ལ་ཕབ་པ།

印度语：阿雅·加瓦拉·普拉夏玛尼·纳玛·达哈拉尼。藏语：圣妙除瘟疫陀罗尼。顶礼一切佛与菩萨！如是我闻，一时，薄伽梵住于王舍城大尸林寒林。尔时，有一比丘，往诣薄伽梵所，至已，以头顶礼薄伽梵之足，退坐一面。坐于一面已，彼比丘白薄伽梵言：尊者薄伽梵，此处有情为瘟疫所恼。薄伽梵，祈请为彼等作护。尔时，薄伽梵回顾其衣角，告具寿阿难陀曰：阿难陀，此方有瘟疫，名为火焰蔓延。其以一日、二日、三日、四日之状，恼害有情。为彼作护之密咒根本即此。嗡 达地雅他 扎拉尼 扎拉尼 普拉扎拉尼 普拉提巴尼 普拉夏玛尼，我的瘟疫消退吧！莫住留！梭哈！以真实与真实语，于世间有无上佛，于世间有法，僧伽无上之真实，以此真实与真实语，我的瘟疫消退莫住留！梭哈！悉殿都 曼陀罗 巴德 达拉度 毕雅当 布拉玛 阿努摩得 梭哈！于黑线上诵二十一遍，结二十一个结。薄伽梵如是说已，彼等比丘心生欢喜，赞叹薄伽梵所说。圣妙除瘟疫陀罗尼终。印度堪布吉那弥扎，达那希拉，及校对者译师班德耶谢德共同翻译、校对及审定。

In the language of India: Arya Jvara Prashamani Nama Dharani. In the language of Tibet: The Dharani Called "The Noble Pacifier of Epidemics." Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Thus have I heard at one time. The Blessed One was dwelling in the Cool Grove of the Great Cemetery in Rajagriha. Then, a certain bhikshu went to where the Blessed One was. Having gone, he bowed his head at the feet of the Blessed One and sat down to one side. Having sat down to one side, that bhikshu said this to the Blessed One: "Venerable Blessed One, here sentient beings are greatly tormented by epidemics. Blessed One, I request you to protect them." Then, the Blessed One looked to the edge of his robe and spoke to the venerable Ananda: "Ananda, in this direction there is an epidemic called 'Flame Garland.' It torments sentient beings in the manner of one day, two days, three days, four days. The basis of the secret mantra for protecting them is this: Tadyatha. Jvalani Jvalani. Prajvalani. Pratipani. Prashamani. May my epidemic be gone! Do not stay! Svaha! By the truth and the word of truth, in the world there is the unsurpassed Buddha, in the world there is the Dharma, the truth of the unsurpassed Sangha, by this truth and the word of truth, may my epidemic be gone, do not stay! Svaha! Sidhyantu mantra pade. Taratu. Vidyatam brahma anumote svaha! Recite twenty-one times on a black thread and tie twenty-one knots. The Blessed One having spoken thus, those bhikshus rejoiced and praised what the Blessed One had said. The Dharani Called "The Noble Pacifier of Epidemics" is complete.
