D1014 @#། །རྒྱ་གར་སྐད་དུ། ཨཱརྱ་སརྦ་རོ་ག་པྲ་ཤ་མ་ནི་ནཱ་མ་དྷཱ་ར་ཎཱི། བོད་སྐད་དུ། འཕགས་པ་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས། སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། ། འདི་སྐད་བདག་གིས་ཐོས་པ་དུས་གཅིག་ན། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མཉན་ཡོད་ན་རྒྱལ་བུ་རྒྱལ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཚལ་མགོན་མེད་ཟས་སྦྱིན་གྱི་ཀུན་དགའ་ར་བ་ན་བཞུགས་ཏེ། དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དགེ་སློང་རྣམས་ལ་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། དགེ་སློང་དག ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་གྲངས་འདི་ཟུང་ཤིག་།ཆོངས་ཤིག་།ལྷོགས་ཤིག་།ཀུན་ཆུབ་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག་།གཞན་དག་ལ་ཡང་རྒྱ་ཆེར་ཡང་དག་པར་སྟོན་ཅིག་།ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཙི་ལི་མི། ཙི་ལི་མི། པན་ན་ཀོ་ཀི་ལི། ཤྲཱི་མ་ཏི། ཀུཎྜ་ལི་དུནྡུ བྷི།ིནྡྲ་ནི་མུ་ཁེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། འདི་དག་ནི་ཟས་མ་ཞུ་བ་དང་། སྦོས་པ་དང་། ཁྲག་དང་མཁྲིས་པ་འདྲེས་པ་དང་། གཞང་འབྲུམ་གྱིས་བཏབ་པ་དང་། གཞང་ནད་ཅན་དང་། ཟ་ཁུ་དང་། ལུད་པ་ཅན་དང་། རིམས་ནད་ཅན་དང་། ཀླད་ པ་ན་བ་དང་།གཞོགས་ཕྱེད་ན་བ་དང་། ཀྱིས་ཟིན་པའི་གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་གཞི་ཡིན་ཏེ། ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་གང་གསང་སྔགས་གཞི་འདི་དག་ལས་འགལ་བར་བྱེད་པ་དེ་ནི་ངས་ལྷ་དང་བཅས་པའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ན་མ་མཐོང་ངོ་། །ཚེ་ཟད་ པ་ནི་མ་གཏོགས་སོ།།གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་གཞི་འདི་དག་ནི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པ་སྟེ། འདི་ལ་སངས་རྒྱས་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མཆོག་གོ། །འདོད་ཆགས་དང་བྲལ་ བ་ནི་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མཆོག་གོ།།དགེ་འདུན་ནི་ཚོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མཆོག་གོ། །བདེན་པའི་ཚིག་དང་། བདེན་པའི་ངག་འདིས་བདག་གིས་ཟོས་པ་དང་། འཐུངས་པ་དང་། འཆོས་པ་དང་། མྱངས་པ་རྣམས་ལེགས་པར་བདེ་ བར་ཞུ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ནས། དགེ་སློང་དེ་དག་ཡི་རངས་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པ་ལ་མངོན་པར་བསྟོད་དོ། །འཕགས་པ་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ ་གཟུངས་རྫོགས་།་

། །印度语：阿 Arya Sarva Roga Prashamani Nama Dharani。藏语：圣者平息一切疾病陀罗尼。向所有佛和菩萨致敬！我听到这样，一时，世尊住在舍卫城，胜光王子花园，给孤独长者的祇陀林。然后，世尊告诉众比丘：诸比丘，记住这个法类，受持，读诵，完全理解，并为他人广为正确地宣说。怛[த்ய]他[tha](tadyathā)：则力弥，则力弥，班纳郭格力，室利玛底，衮扎力敦度 毗，因扎尼木克 梭哈。这些是不消化，腹胀，血和胆汁混合，痔疮侵袭，痔疮疾病，瘙痒，痰液，瘟疫，脑部疼痛，半身疼痛，以及（业力）所困扰的秘密咒语的基础。阿难陀，谁违背这些秘密咒语的基础，我在包括天神的世界中都没有见过，除了寿命耗尽的情况。这些秘密咒语的基础是如来、阿罗汉、正等觉佛所宣说的。在此，佛是所有众生中最殊胜的。离欲是所有法中最殊胜的。僧伽是所有僧团中最殊胜的。以真语和实语，愿我所吃、所饮、所调和、所尝之物，皆能良好而安乐地消化，梭哈。世尊如是说后，众比丘心生欢喜，对世尊所说深表赞叹。圣者平息一切疾病陀罗尼完毕。
English
In the language of India: Arya Sarva Roga Prashamani Nama Dharani. In Tibetan: The Dharani Called "The Noble Pacifier of All Diseases." Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Thus have I heard at one time. The Blessed One was dwelling in Shravasti, in the Jeta Grove, in the garden of Anathapindika. Then the Blessed One spoke to the monks, saying: Monks, retain this teaching, uphold it, recite it, fully understand it, and extensively and correctly teach it to others. Tadyatha: Tsili mi, tsili mi, panna koki li, shri mati, kundali dundu bhi, indra ni mukhe svaha. These are the basis of secret mantras for indigestion, bloating, mixture of blood and bile, affliction by hemorrhoids, hemorrhoidal disease, itching, phlegm, epidemic diseases, headache, half-body pain, and being possessed by (karma). Ananda, whoever violates these secret mantra bases, I have not seen in the world including the gods, except for the exhaustion of life. These secret mantra bases are spoken by the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened Buddha. Here, the Buddha is the most excellent of all beings. Freedom from desire is the most excellent of all dharmas. The Sangha is the most excellent of all assemblies. By this word of truth and speech of truth, may what I have eaten, drunk, mixed, and tasted be well and happily digested, svaha. Having spoken thus, the Blessed One, those monks rejoiced and greatly praised what the Blessed One had said. The Dharani Called "The Noble Pacifier of All Diseases" is complete.
