D1006 @#། །དཔལ་གྱི་ལྷ་མོའི་མཚན་བཅུ་གཉིས་པ། དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །དཔལ་ལྷ་མོ་ཆེན་མོ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །འདི་སྐད་བདག་གིས་ཐོས་པ་དུས་གཅིག་ན། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་བདེ་བ་ཅན གྱི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ན་བཞུགས་ཏེ།དེ་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་སོང་སྟེ་ཕྱིན་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཞབས་གཉིས་ལ་མགོ་བོས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཏེ་ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་ཏུ་འདུག་གོ། །དེ་ནས་བྱང་ ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་དཔལ་ལྷ་མོ་ཆེན་མོ་ཡང་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་སོང་སྟེ་དྲུང་དུ་ཕྱིན་ནས།བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཞབས་གཉིས་ལ་མགོ་བོས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཏེ་ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་ཏུ་འདུག་གོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དཔལ་ཆེན་མོ་ལ་ གཟིགས་ནས་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ།།སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་དགེ་སློང་ངམ། དགེ་སློང་མ་འམ། དགེ་བསྙེན་ནམ། དགེ་བསྙེན་མ་འམ། སེམས་ཅན་གང་སུ་ཡང་རུང་བས་དཔལ་ཆེན་མོ་འདིའི་མིང་བཅུ་གཉིས་ ཤེས་ཏེ།འཆང་བ་དང་། ཀློག་པ་དང་། སྒྲུབ་པར་བྱེད་པ་དང་། རྗོད་པར་ཡང་བྱེད་ན་དེ་དབུལ་པོ་སྤངས་ནས་ཕྱུག་པོ་ཆེན་པོར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ནས་འབྱུང་པོའི་ཚོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །དཔལ་ལྷ་མོ་ཆེན་མོའི་མིང་ བཅུ་གཉིས་ནི་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ།བཀྲ་ཤིས་མ། དཔལ་ལྡན་མ། པདྨའི་ཕྲེང་ཐོགས་མ། ནོར་བདག་མ། དཀར་ཤམ་མ། གྲགས་ཆེན་མ། པདྨ་སྤྱན་མངའ་མ། གྲགས་མ། འོད་ཆེན་མ། ཟས་སྦྱིན་མ། རིན་ཆེན་འོད་ལྡན་མ། དཔལ་ཆེན་མོ་མ། སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ ཅད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ།།སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །དཔལ་ཆེན་མོ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། ཛི་ནི། གྷྲི་ཎི། དགོས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྒྲུབ་པར་མཛད་པ། སི་མི་སི་མི། ནི་མི་ནི་མི། བདག་གི་མི་ཤེས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསལ་བར་མཛོད་ ཅིག་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ་ལ་མངོན་པར་དགའོ། །དཔལ་གྱི་ལྷ་མོ་ཆེན་མོའི་མཚན་བཅུ་གཉིས་པ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །། ་རྒྱ་གར་གྱི་མཁན་པོ་ཛི་ན་མི་ཏྲ་དང་། ཞུ་ཆེན་གྱི་ལོ་ཙྪ་བ་བནྡེ་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྡེས་བསྒྱུར་ཅིང་ཞུས་ཏེ་གཏན་ལ་ཕབ་པ།

吉祥天女十二名。顶礼三宝！顶礼圣观自在！顶礼金刚手！顶礼大吉祥天女！如是我闻，一时，薄伽梵住于极乐世界。此后，菩萨摩诃萨观自在前往薄伽梵处，顶礼薄伽梵双足，于一旁安坐。之后，菩萨摩诃萨大吉祥天女也前往薄伽梵处，来到跟前，顶礼薄伽梵双足，于一旁安坐。然后，薄伽梵看着大吉祥天女，对观自在说道：观自在，无论是比丘，还是比丘尼，还是近事男，还是近事女，任何有情，如果知道、持诵、修习、念诵这位大吉祥天女的十二个名字，那么他将脱离贫困，成为大富之人。然后，所有部多众都说：愿如是！大吉祥天女的十二个名字如下：吉祥母，具吉祥母，莲花鬘持母，财物主母，白衣母，大名母，莲花眼具母，名母，大光母，食物施予母，珍宝光具母，大吉祥天女母。顶礼一切佛！顶礼观自在！顶礼大吉祥天女！即说：ཛི་ནི། （藏文）ཛི་ནི། （梵文天城体）jini（梵文罗马拟音）（胜者，胜利者）。གྷྲི་ཎི། （藏文）གྷྲི་ཎི། （梵文天城体）ghrini（梵文罗马拟音）（光辉，光芒）。དགོས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྒྲུབ་པར་མཛད་པ། （藏文）དགོས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྒྲུབ་པར་མཛད་པ། （梵文天城体）sarvārthasādhani（梵文罗马拟音）（成办一切义）。སི་མི་སི་མི། （藏文）སི་མི་སི་མི། （梵文天城体）simi simi（梵文罗马拟音）（寂静，寂静）。ནི་མི་ནི་མི། （藏文）ནི་མི་ནི་མི། （梵文天城体）nimi nimi（梵文罗马拟音）（眼，眼）。བདག་གི་མི་ཤེས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསལ་བར་མཛོད་ཅིག་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། （藏文）བདག་གི་མི་ཤེས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསལ་བར་མཛོད་ཅིག་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། （梵文天城体）mama sarvājnānam vināśaya svāhā（梵文罗马拟音）（愿你摧毁我的一切无知，梭哈！）。薄伽梵如是说后，菩萨摩诃萨观自在对薄伽梵所说之语心生欢喜。大吉祥天女十二名终。

The Twelve Names of the Glorious Goddess. Homage to the Three Jewels! Homage to the Noble Avalokiteśvara! Homage to Vajrapāṇi! Homage to the Great Glorious Goddess! Thus have I heard at one time: The Blessed One was dwelling in the world of Sukhāvatī (the Pure Land of Bliss). Then, the Bodhisattva Mahāsattva Avalokiteśvara went to where the Blessed One was, prostrated with his head at the feet of the Blessed One, and sat down on one side. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahāsattva, the Great Glorious Goddess, also went to where the Blessed One was, came before him, prostrated with her head at the feet of the Blessed One, and sat down on one side. Then, the Blessed One, looking at the Great Glorious One, spoke thus to Avalokiteśvara: Avalokiteśvara, whether it be a monk, or a nun, or a male lay practitioner, or a female lay practitioner, or any sentient being, if they know, hold, recite, practice, and utter these twelve names of the Great Glorious One, then they will abandon poverty and become very wealthy. Then, all the hosts of bhūtas (spirits) said: May it be so! The twelve names of the Great Glorious Goddess are as follows: Auspicious Mother, Glorious Mother, Lotus Garland Holder, Owner of Wealth, White-Clothed Mother, Greatly Renowned Mother, Lotus-Eyed Mother, Renowned Mother, Great Light Mother, Food-Giving Mother, Jewel Light Holder, Great Glorious Goddess Mother. Homage to all the Buddhas! Homage to Avalokiteśvara! Homage to the Great Glorious Goddess!
