The perfectly complete Buddha has bestowed medicinal blessings upon us. Bhagavan, by what kind of Dharma discourse will those of us, including the Dharma speakers, be protected, completely rescued, become peaceful and happy, abandon weapons, abandon punishments, destroy poisons, kill toxins, restrict boundaries, and bind lands? Please explain. Then, the Bhagavan, the Tathagata Shakyamuni, taught the offerings to the planets and the secret mantras. Om Megholkaya Svaha. Om Shitamsha Be Svaha. Om Raktanga Kumaraya Svaha. Om Budhaya Svaha. Om Brihaspata Ye Svaha. Om Alurottamaya Svaha. Om Krishna Varnaya Svaha. Om Amrita Priyaya Svaha. Om Jyiti Ketabe Svaha. Vajrapani, these are the essence of the secret mantras of the nine planets, and they are accomplished by reciting them. According to the colors, offerings should be made in the center of a twelve-finger mandala made with incense. Offerings should be made in vessels of copper, bronze, gold, or silver, and each should be recited one hundred and eight times. Vajrapani, below that, the words of the secret mantra of the dharani called the Mother of the Planets should be recited seven times. Then, all the planets will protect. One will be liberated from the afflictions of poverty. One will be made long-lived from the exhaustion of life. Vajrapani, whether it is a monk, a nun, a male devotee, a female devotee, or any other kind of sentient being, and those who hear this, they will not die untimely deaths. Vajrapani, offerings should be made in the center of the mandala of the planets. Whatever Dharma speaker recites it daily, all the planets will fulfill all their wishes with their own power. It will also eliminate the poverty of those of the same kind. Then, the Bhagavan, the Tathagata Shakyamuni, taught the one called the Mother of the Planets. Homage to the Buddha! Homage to Vajradhara! Homage to Padmadhara! All wishes fulfilled!

Then, if they recite it day and night continuously on the day of the new moon, they will not have the fear of death for nine years. They will not be afraid of the planets, the falling of comets, and the harm of the stars. They will remember their past lives. They will have made offerings to all the planets.
