In the language of India: Arya Hiranyapari Namadharani. In Tibetan: The Noble One Possessed of Wealth Dharani. Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Thus I have heard, at one time, the Blessed One was in Tushita, on a stone slab like a white Narava, countless thousands of Bodhisattvas were also like this, being prophesied to unsurpassed perfect enlightenment. Those bound by only one lifetime resided together. Then, the Blessed One spoke to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Well-Dwelling: Well-Dwelling, Bodhisattva Mahasattva, whoever wishes to hold this Dharani possessed of wealth, they will see the Tathagatas of the past, future, and present. Hear. Experience. Whoever sees the Tathagatas in this way, hears and experiences, they obtain the Dharani. Why is that? Thus, Well-Dwelling, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva does not cling to "I have done merit." They do not cling to "I have done non-merit, good, and non-good." Why is that? Thus, Well-Dwelling, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva does not contemplate holding the Dharani. They do not discriminate in thought. The Bodhisattva Mahasattva who has obtained the Dharani does not contemplate the dharmas of the past, future, and present as entities or characteristics. They do not contemplate at all. It is not a cause. It is not without a cause. It is not going. It is not without going. It is not death and transference. It is not birth. It is not emptiness. It is not non-emptiness. It is not a sign. It is not without a sign. It is not a wish. It is not without a wish. It is not birth. It is not cessation. Well-Dwelling, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva who practices with this limit is called abiding in wisdom. When one abides in wisdom, that is called Nirvana. When one is in Nirvana, one takes hold of the Dharani possessed of wealth, fully understands and holds it, and the meaning and words will not be completely exhausted. Why is that? Because it does not abide in the meaning of the past, and does not abide in the meaning of the future and the present. Well-abiding, any Bodhisattva Mahasattva who holds this dharani endowed with splendor has already made offerings and honored countless Buddhas Bhagavan. Countless Buddhas Bhagavan have proclaimed and understood it. Countless Buddhas Bhagavan have predicted that he will attain unsurpassed perfect enlightenment. Well-abiding, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva who holds this dharani endowed with splendor should think: In this way, I have pleased, honored, and offered the wisdom of countless Buddhas Bhagavan, and have accumulated countless merits. Whoever holds this dharani endowed with splendor with whatever intention, he will draw near to it, and for those who desire wisdom, they will obtain wisdom and dharani.

欲求土地者，此有陀罗尼；欲求财物者，此有财物；欲求博学者，博学将常伴左右。此仪轨如下：于上弦月之始，日出之时，将粳米饭与牛奶混合食用。应常忆念诸佛之明咒，以及诸佛世尊之其他明咒名号。然而，凭借这些秘密咒语之力量，无论居住于恒河沙数世界之中的阿修罗，迦楼罗，紧那罗，大腹行，夜叉，，罗刹，毕舍遮，食肉者，人，非人，皆会对彼人心生欢喜。不会制造障碍，将常被守护。菩萨摩诃萨，如喜贤，广阔，金刚手，普喜，居于寂静山林者，以及居于雪山者，也将被守护。乃至色究竟天之间的菩萨，亦会如此。凭借具财陀罗尼之力，于恐惧或寂静处，将加持于彼，并赐予彼无畏。世尊于兜率天，安住于如白海螺般的石板上，如是宣说。菩萨摩诃萨善安住，无数菩萨皆心生欢喜，并赞叹世尊所说。圣具财陀罗尼圆满。印度堪布吉那弥扎，达那希拉，以及校对者译师班德耶谢德共同翻译、校对，并以新语修订后最终确定。

For those who desire land, there is this dharani; for those who desire wealth, there is wealth; for those who desire learning, learning will always be near. The ritual for this is as follows: At the beginning of the waxing moon, at sunrise, mix rice with milk and eat it. One should always remember the wisdom mantras of the Buddhas, and the other names of the wisdom mantras of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat. However, by the power of these secret mantra bases, whether it be an Asura, Garuda, Kinnara, Mahoraga, Yaksha, , Rakshasa, Pisacha, flesh-eater, human, or non-human, residing in the realms of the world as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, they will be delighted with that person. They will not create obstacles and will always be protected. Bodhisattvas, great beings, such as Joyful Virtue, Great Expanse, Vajrapani, Complete Joy, those who dwell in secluded mountains, and those who dwell in the snowy mountains, will also protect them. Even those Bodhisattvas between Akanishta will do likewise. By the power of the Dharani of Possessing Wealth, in fear or in solitude, they will bless him and grant him fearlessness.
