་ཤ་ཡ། སརྦ་བིགྷཱ~ཾ་བིནཱ་ཤ་ཀ་རཱ་ཡ་ཕཊ། སརྦ་ཤ་ཏྲཱུ~ཾ་ས~ཾ་གྷ་བི་ནཱ་ཤ་ཀ་རཱ་ཡ་ཕཊ། ། ཨོ~ཾ་ནཱི་ཡཱ~ཾ་པ་ར་དྷ་ར་བཛྲ་པཱ་ཎི་རཱ་ཛྙཱ་པ་ཡ་ཏི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། དེའི་ཆོ་ག་ལ་གནོད་སྦྱིན་གྱིས་ཟིན་པ་ལ་ཆུ་ལ་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བཏབ་སྟེ་གཏོར་ན་བཏང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཀླུ་བཟློག་པར་འདོད་ན་སྨྱག་ཤད་ཀྱི་ལྕུག་མའམ། དལ་པོའི་སེའུའི་ལྕུག་མས་བྱའོ། །དང་། བརྗེད་བྱེད་རྣམས་ལ་སྐུད་པས་བྱའོ། ། རིམས་ནད་མེད་པར་བྱ་བ་དང་། གཞོགས་ཕྱེད་ན་བ་དང་། ཡི་གེ་འཆུས་པ་ལ་ནི་སྐུད་པ་སྔོན་པོས་བྱའོ། །ནོར་འདོད་ན་ཞག་གཅིག་སྨྱུང་བར་འདུག་སྟེ་པོག་ཕོར་གྱིས་བདུགས་ན་རྨི་ལམ་དུ་དགེ་བ་དང་མི་དགེ་བའི་དོན་ཐམས་ཅད་སྟོན་ལ་གསེར་གྱི་དོང་ཚེ་བདུན་སྟོང་སྦྱིན་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །རྒྱས་བཏབ་པ དགྲོལ་བར་འདོད་ན་ཐལ་བས་བྱའོ།།སྒོ་ལྕགས་དབྱེ་བར་འདོད་ན་ཡུངས་ཀར་གྱིས་བྱའོ། །འཇིགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྲུང་བ་ལ་ནི་མར་རྙིང་པའམ། ཐལ་བའམ་ཡུངས་ཀར་གྱིས་བྱའོ། །ནད་ཀྱིས་འཇིགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ནི་སྐུད་པ་སྔོན་པོ་ལ་བསྲུང་བའི་མདུད་པ་བྱས་ཏེ་མགུལ་དུ་བཏགས་ ན་བསྲུང་བའི་མཆོག་ཏུ་འགྱུར་རོ།།བྱིས་པ་གདོན་གྱིས་ཉེན་པ་ལ་ནི་ཚོན་སྣ་ལྔའི་སྐུད་པ་ལ་བསྲུང་བའི་མདུད་པ་བྱས་ཏེ་མགུལ་དུ་བཏགས་ན་བསྲུང་བའི་མཆོག་ཏུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཆོམ་རྐུན་བཟློག་པར་འདོད་ནས་ས་བྱའོ། །དུག་ལ་ནི་རྩཝ་ཀུ་ཤས་བྱབ་པར་བྱའོ། །བདག་བསྲུང་བ་ལ་ནི་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་ སམ་ཆུས་བྱའོ།།གཞན་བསྲུང་བ་ལ་ནི་སྐུད་པ་སྔོན་པོས་བྱའོ། །ལས་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་སྔགས་བརྗོད་པ་ནི་ལན་གསུམ་མམ། བདུན་ནམ། བཅུ་བཞིའམ། ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་གམ། བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བརྗོད་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་བྱས་ན་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མཆོད་རྟེན་སྐུ་གདུང་དང་ལྡན་ པའི་དྲུང་དུ་མེ་ཏོག་སྔོན་པོས་མཆོད་དེ།སྔགས་སྟོང་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བྱས་ན་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འཕགས་པ་ལག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་གོས་སྔོན་པོ་ཅན་གྱི་ཆོ་ག་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས་རྫོགས་།། །།རྒྱ་གར་གྱི་མཁན་པོ་དཱི་བ~ཾ་ཀ་ར་ཤྲཱི་ཛྙཱ་ན་དང་། བོད་ཀྱི་ལོཙྪ་བ་རྒྱ་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་སེང་ ་གེས་དཔལ་ན་ལན་དྲའི་སྒོ་འགྲམ་དུ་བསྒྱུར།་

夏雅，萨瓦尾嘎 南 尾纳夏嘎拉雅 帕特，萨瓦夏处 南 桑嘎尾纳夏嘎拉雅 帕特。嗡 呢雅 南 巴拉达拉 瓦吉拉巴尼 啦嘉巴雅德 梭哈。其仪轨中，若被曜魔所缠，则以咒加持水后撒之，即可解脱。若欲退龙，则以竹篾之嫩枝，或慢生苹果之嫩枝为之。又，对遗忘者，则以线为之。为息灭瘟疫，以及半身疼痛，和文字错误，则以蓝色线为之。若欲求财，则斋戒一日，以熏炉熏之，则于梦中示现善与不善之诸事，并布施七千金币。若欲解开封印，则以灰为之。若欲开启门锁，则以芥子为之。为守护一切怖畏，则以陈旧酥油，或灰，或芥子为之。为息灭一切疾病之怖畏，则以蓝色线作守护结，系于颈间，则成为守护之殊胜。若孩童受邪魔侵扰，则以五色线作守护结，系于颈间，则成为守护之殊胜。若欲退盗贼，则以土为之。对毒药，则以吉祥草根涂抹之。为守护自身，则以意念或水为之。为守护他人，则以蓝色线为之。于彼等一切事业中，念诵咒语三遍，或七遍，或十四遍，或二十一遍，或一百零八遍。如是行之，则可成就。于佛塔舍利所在之处，以蓝色花供养，念诵咒语千遍，则可成就。圣妙吉祥持金刚青衣仪轨之陀罗尼圆满。印度堪布迪班嘎拉室利嘉纳，与藏地译师嘉尊哲仲给，于吉祥那烂陀寺门前译之。

Shaya, Sarva Vighnam Vinasha Karaya Phat, Sarva Shatrum Sangha Vinasha Karaya Phat. Om Niyam Para Dhara Vajrapani Rajnyapayati Svaha. In its ritual, if one is possessed by a Yaksha, then consecrate water with the mantra and sprinkle it, and they will be released. If you want to repel nagas, then use a bamboo shoot or a slow-growing apple shoot. Also, for those who forget, use a thread. To prevent epidemics, as well as half-body pain, and writing errors, use a blue thread. If you want wealth, fast for one day and fumigate with a censer, then all good and bad things will be shown in dreams, and seven thousand gold coins will be given as alms. If you want to undo a seal, use ashes. If you want to open a lock, use mustard seeds. To protect against all fears, use old butter, or ashes, or mustard seeds. To pacify all fears of disease, make a protective knot with a blue thread and tie it around the neck, it will become the best of protection. If a child is threatened by evil spirits, make a protective knot with a five-colored thread and tie it around the neck, it will become the best of protection. If you want to repel thieves, use earth. For poison, apply with kusha grass roots. To protect oneself, use mind or water. To protect others, use a blue thread. In all those activities, recite the mantra three times, or seven times, or fourteen times, or twenty-one times, or one hundred and eight times. If you do so, it will be accomplished. Offer blue flowers at the stupa where the relics are, and recite the mantra a thousand times, and it will be accomplished. The dharani of the ritual of the noble Vajrapani in blue robes is complete.
