顶礼薄伽梵如来应供正等觉，毗卢遮那光明王。（如果）建造一个佛塔，则会变成建造了无数佛塔的真言和仪轨。对于泥土等一切用具，应念诵此真言二十一遍。嗡 拿摩 巴嘎瓦德 毗卢遮那 钵喇拔 惹匝雅 达塔嘎达雅 阿尔哈德 桑雅桑 布达雅 达地雅塔 嗡 苏克夏美 苏克夏美 萨美萨玛耶 香谛 丹谛 阿萨玛 柔贝 阿那蓝贝 达惹拉贝 雅西瓦达 玛哈德卓 尼惹古类 尼惹瓦涅 萨瓦 布达 阿迪斯塔那 阿迪斯提德 梭哈。建造佛塔的泥土，或者书写真言时念诵七遍的真言： 拿摩 萨曼达 布达南 嗡 瓦日拉 阿玉色 梭哈。涂擦（种子字，梵文：बीज，罗马转写：bīja，字面意思：种子）的真言：嗡 瓦日卓 巴瓦雅 梭哈。在佛塔杯中和土堆中放置面粉，或者涂抹油的真言：嗡 阿惹杰 维惹杰 梭哈。手印或者放入真言的真言：嗡 达玛 达图 嘎贝 梭哈。在佛塔杯中放入（种子字，梵文：बीज，罗马转写：bīja，字面意思：种子）的真言：嗡 瓦日拉 达图 嘎贝 梭哈。用锤子敲打并放置的真言：嗡 瓦日拉 穆嘎拉 阿果达雅 吽 帕特 梭哈。从佛塔杯中取出（东西）的真言：嗡 达玛 惹德 梭哈。供养法轮和头冠的真言：嗡 勃拉玛纳耶 梭哈。位于佛塔坛城中的真言：嗡 苏布拉底提斯塔 瓦日拉 梭哈。如果按照这样的仪轨去做，建造佛塔就会变成建造了无数佛塔。在一切（轮回）中都会忆起前世。用做过坛城且沾有泥土的手涂抹身体，则麻风病的八种类型等一切疾病都会完全平息。建造一个佛塔就会变成建造了无数佛塔的陀罗尼结束。

Homage to the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened Buddha, Vairochana, King of Light. The mantra and ritual for building one stupa becoming like building a billion stupas: For all materials such as clay, this mantra should be recited twenty-one times. Om Namo Bhagavate Vairochana Prabha Rajaya Tathagataya Arhate Samyaksambuddhaya Tadyatha Om Sukshame Sukshame Same Samaye Shante Dante Asama Rope Analampe Taralabe Yashavati Maha Tejo Ni Rakule Ni Ravane Sarva Buddha Adhisthana Adhisthite Svaha. The mantra to be recited seven times when making the clay for building a stupa or writing the mantra: Namah Samanta Buddhanam Om Vajra Ayushe Svaha. The mantra for smearing (seed syllable, Sanskrit: बीज, Roman transliteration: bīja, literal meaning: seed): Om Vajrod Bhavaya Svaha. The mantra for placing flour in the stupa cup and in the mound, or for smearing oil: Om Araje Viraje Svaha. The mantra for the mudra or inserting the mantra: Om Dharma Dhatu Garbhe Svaha. The mantra for inserting (seed syllable, Sanskrit: बीज, Roman transliteration: bīja, literal meaning: seed) into the stupa cup: Om Vajra Dhatu Garbhe Svaha. The mantra for striking and placing with a hammer: Om Vajra Mungara Akotaya Hum Phat Svaha. The mantra for removing (something) from the stupa cup: Om Dharma Rate Svaha. The preliminary clarification for offering the wheel and crown: Om Bhramanaye Svaha. The mantra for residing in the stupa mandala: Om Supratisthita Vajra Svaha. If the ritual is done in this way, building a stupa will become like building a billion stupas. In all (rebirths), one will remember past lives. If one smears the body with hands that have made a mandala and are covered with clay, all diseases, including the eight types of leprosy, will be completely pacified. The dharani for building one stupa becoming like building a billion stupas is complete.
