། །梵语：阿Aryavalokiteśvara-nāma-dhāraṇī。藏语：圣观自在王陀罗尼。 顶礼圣观自在菩萨摩诃萨！ 圣观自在，于慈爱之中，以大悲之力，生起殊胜菩提心。 于莲花、日、月之座上，由啥(藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：大自在)字放光，一面四臂，前二臂结与愿印，右下臂持白珍珠念珠，左下臂持白莲花。 身色白，双足跏趺坐，以各种珍宝饰品和珍宝头饰庄严。 母神六女和父神如意宝所依，被众多菩萨和菩萨母围绕，如是说： 种姓之子或种姓之女，若诵念、忆念、作意此咒一遍，或书写后佩戴于身，或信奉恭敬，则能净除五无间罪和近五无间罪的一切罪业，不生于三恶道、八无暇和诸苦之中。 将从人与非人以及一切野兽的恐惧中解脱。 将从一切疾病和邪魔中解脱。 嗡(藏文：ོ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡)嘛呢呗美吽(藏文：མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུ~ཾ，梵文天城体：मणि पद्मे हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：maṇi padme hūṃ，汉语字面意思：莲花中的珍宝)！ 如是念诵，将能得见圣观自在之面容。 命终之后，亦将往生极乐世界。 对此不要怀疑、犹豫、三心二意。 圣观自在王陀罗尼圆满。

In Sanskrit: Āryāvalokiteśvara-nāma-dhāraṇī. In Tibetan: The Dhāraṇī of the Noble Avalokiteśvara, the Lord. Homage to the Noble Avalokiteśvara, the Great Compassionate One! The Noble Avalokiteśvara, from within loving-kindness, through the power of compassion, generates the supreme mind of enlightenment. On a seat of lotus, sun, and moon, from the radiance of Hrīḥ, with one face and four arms, the first two hands joined in prayer, the lower right hand holding a white pearl rosary, the lower left hand holding a white lotus. Body color white, seated in full lotus posture, adorned with various precious ornaments and a precious crown. Supported by the mother goddess Six Daughters and the father god Wish-fulfilling Jewel, surrounded by a great multitude of bodhisattvas and bodhisattva mothers, he speaks thus: Son or daughter of good family, if you recite, remember, or contemplate this mantra even once, or write it and wear it on your body, or believe in and respect it, then all the karmas of the five inexpiable sins and those close to them will be purified, and you will not be born in the three lower realms, the eight unfavorable conditions, and all sufferings. You will be liberated from all fears of humans, non-humans, and wild animals. You will be freed from all diseases and evil spirits. And after death, you will be born in Sukhavati. Do not doubt, hesitate, or be of two minds about this. The Dhāraṇī of the Noble Avalokiteśvara, the Lord, is complete.
