། །圣妙吉祥单字咒仪轨。达地雅塔。嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）克施尼（藏文：ཀྵྞཱི，梵文天城体：क्ष्णी，梵文罗马拟音：kṣṇī，汉语字面意思：克施尼）。此单字秘密咒极秘密，能成办一切义，能作一切事，是一切如来之精华，能圆满一切希望。赞诵于牙木后佩戴，牙痛即愈。若眼痛，将盐系于其上，诵七遍，敷于眼上，则眼疾消除。若人身中留有兵器碎片，于旧酥油诵七遍或一百零八遍后服下，或涂于伤口，则兵器碎片自出。若食物不消化，腹胀嗳气，或因热而腹泻，于海盐、岩盐或任何其他盐诵七遍后服下，则能脱离该病，当日痊愈。若头痛，于乌鸦羽毛诵七遍，用羽毛拂拭，则病愈。妙吉祥单字陀罗尼圆满。

The ritual of the single-syllable mantra of noble Manjushri. Tadyatha. Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om) Kshni (藏文：ཀྵྞཱི，梵文天城体：क्ष्णी，梵文罗马拟音：kṣṇī，汉语字面意思：Kshni). This single-syllable secret mantra is extremely secret. It accomplishes all purposes, performs all actions, is the essence of all Tathagatas, and fulfills all hopes. If praised on a toothbrush tree and then worn, toothache will be healed. If there is eye pain, tie rock salt to it, recite it seven times, and fill the eye with it, the eye disease will be eliminated. If a person has a fragment of a weapon left in their body, recite seven or one hundred and eight times over old ghee and feed it to them, or apply it to the wound, the fragment of the weapon will come out. If food is not digested, there is bloating and belching, or diarrhea due to heat, recite seven times over sea salt, rock salt, or any other salt, and then eat it, you will be freed from that disease and recover on that very day. If there is a headache, recite seven times over a crow's feather, and the disease will be healed by brushing with the feather. The single-syllable dharani of Manjushri is complete.
