། །印度语：阿雅萨瓦布达阿达嘎瓦帝那玛达哈若尼。藏语：圣者诸佛之支分具足名陀罗尼。顶礼一切佛与菩萨。如是我闻。一时，薄伽梵住于恒河大河之岸，与四大天王俱。尔时，薄伽梵以此语告四大天王，如南无多之子等：大王们，士夫与妇女及童男童女等，将生起此等四大怖畏。何为四？即衰老、生病、衰败与死亡。其中又有一大怖畏，即死主之大怖畏，无有起始，无有救护，恒常如影随形。大王们，彼之一大怖畏之救护，我今于此宣说。尔时，四大天王以此语白薄伽梵：薄伽梵，为谁之故，薄伽梵您极施生命，此所摄受之有情，今为我等善得。尔时，薄伽梵面向东方而住，以海螺之声劝请一切如来，如是说：如来应供正等觉，何者为利益有情故，现证无上正等菩提者，彼等请作我之友伴。因此，我今在此以一切佛之加持而加持，极力遮止一切有情之非时死。未曾转动之法轮，我亦将转动第二次。如是向南方、西方、北方、上方、下方之一切如来劝请，如是说：如来应供正等觉，何者为利益有情故，现证无上正等菩提者，彼等请作我之友伴。

In the language of India: Ārya Sarva Buddhādgavatī Nāma Dhāraṇī. In Tibetan: The Dhāraṇī Called "The Holy One Possessing the Limbs of All Buddhas." Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Thus have I heard. At one time, the Blessed One was dwelling on the bank of the great river Ganges, together with the four guardians of the world. At that time, the Blessed One spoke these words to the four great kings, such as the son of Vaishravana: "Great kings, these four great fears will arise for men and women, boys and girls. What are the four? They are old age, sickness, decay, and death. And there is also one great fear, namely the great fear of the Lord of Death, which has no beginning, no protection, and always follows like a shadow. Great kings, I will now speak here of the protection against that one great fear." Then the four great kings said to the Blessed One: "Blessed One, for whose sake does the Blessed One bestow life so greatly? This being who is being cared for, today we have obtained it well." Then the Blessed One, facing directly to the east, urged all the Tathāgatas with the sound of a conch shell, saying: "Tathāgatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Buddhas, whoever has awakened to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment for the benefit of sentient beings, may they be my friends. Therefore, I will now bless here with the blessings of all the Buddhas, and I will completely avert the untimely death of all sentient beings. I will also turn the second wheel of Dharma that has not been turned before." Likewise, urging all the Tathāgatas of the south, west, north, above, and below, he said: "Tathāgatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Buddhas, whoever has awakened to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment for the benefit of sentient beings, may they be my friends."

Similarly, in all directions, he says: "For the sake of these who are endowed with life, strength, and complexion, may all the Buddhas be my friends, so that the fear of untimely death does not occur!" Then, as many realms of the ten directions as appear to the eyes of the Buddhas are filled by the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, like a sesame pod. Having promised to be friends of the Tathagata, all those Tathagatas say this: Tadyatha. Cala cala cale. Binhi. Svastike. Chakra. Angati. Prashamantu. Sarva roga. Anate. Kunate. Maha kunate. Care care re. Hema giri. Hema gauri. Hema nishunti. Hema sisi. Kaurbe kaurba be. He kura re. Kura re. Kumati. Visha samane. Shishu bhi. Cale cale. Vicale. Ma vi lamba. Humu humu svaha. All the lords of secrets also sit near all the Tathagatas, and they say: Hum hum. Sisi svaha. Having spoken thus, all the Tathagatas become invisible. Then, the great king Vaisravana said to the Bhagavat: Bhagavat, I will also protect by the blessing of the Tathagata and avert untimely death. Tadyatha. Shwete. Shwete. Shweta. Leli li. The noble-born also said: Matamge matamge. Matamgi ni. Shu ma shu mu. Dhrtarastra also said: Care care re svaha. The evil-eyed one also said: Ba lim ba pa. The Bhagavat said this: Great kings, whoever recites this vidya-mantra seen by all the Buddhas once a day should generate the perception of a teacher in that son or daughter of a family. That son or daughter of a family will not go to the three lower realms. This will benefit the lives of all sentient beings. Whoever utters this mantra in one day for the benefit of all sentient beings, and whoever reads this, will not encounter untimely death.

不会有死去的恐惧。 他的身体不会生恶病。 不会因水而死亡。 不是火，不是武器，不是毒药，不是舌头掉落。 无论何处，凡是王子们念诵明咒的地方，诸佛和菩萨都应知晓。 抄写或让人抄写此经者，将如同以一切供养来侍奉佛陀薄伽梵。 这是为什么呢？因为如来曾说，侍奉众生就是侍奉佛陀。 如果有人抄写此经并佩戴在肢体上，那么他的所有肢体都将受到保护。 薄伽梵如是说后，四大天王，以及一切圆满的眷属，还有天、人、非天、乾闼婆等世间众生皆大欢喜，对薄伽梵所说表示赞叹。 《圣妙一切佛身语心功德分》陀罗尼经圆满。 印度堪布吉那弥扎、达那希拉，以及校对者译师班智达耶谢德共同翻译、校订，并以新术语修订后最终确定。

There will be no fear of death. His body will not develop evil diseases. He will not die by water. Not by fire, not by weapons, not by poison, not by a falling tongue. Wherever the sons of the Victorious Ones recite the mantra, all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas should know and perceive that place. Whoever writes this or causes it to be written will be as if they have honored the Buddha Bhagavan with all offerings. Why is that? Because the Tathagatas have said that serving sentient beings is serving the Buddha. If someone writes this and wears it on their limbs, then all their limbs will be protected. After the Bhagavan spoke thus, the Four Great Kings, and that assembly complete with all, and the world with gods, humans, asuras, and gandharvas rejoiced and praised what the Bhagavan had said. The Dharani called "The Holy and Excellent Qualities of All Buddhas' Body, Speech, and Mind" is complete. The Indian Abbot Jinamitra, Danashila, and the reviser, the translator Yeshede, translated and revised it, and it was finalized after being corrected with new terminology.
