如是说。这段文字说明，吉祥的哲蚌寺等寺院，无论地位高低的所有人都可以念诵此祈祷文。在阴水兔年，由于强烈要求必须在当年完成（第75页），因此由持疯行仪轨的精进者洛桑仁钦仓央嘉措于土兔年六月编纂完成。（编辑的注释：虽然此祈请文的结尾明确说明由至尊仓央嘉措所作，但其中第七世至第十三世的赞颂诗各一首，以及后来的各位法王和第司·嘉措等人的赞颂诗共六首，是否为后来新加入的内容尚不清楚，有待考证。）

Thus it is said. This passage explains that this prayer can be recited by everyone, regardless of status, from the glorious Drepung Monastery and others. In the Water Rabbit year, due to a strong request that it must be completed in that year (page 75), it was compiled by the ascetic Lobsang Rinchen Tsangyang Gyatso, who observes the conduct of a crazy wisdom practitioner, in the sixth month of the Earth Rabbit year.
