忿怒食肉者修持仪轨 忿怒食肉者修持仪轨 ཤམ༔ 向莲花生大师顶礼！ 修持忿怒食肉者，不需要日常修持的供品，只需念诵和观修此要点。 ན་མོ༔ 皈依三宝和三根本，以及一切皈依处。 为了将一切众生安置于佛的果位，我发起无上菩提心。 自己于刹那间圆满忆念，誓言与智慧无二无别，忿怒食肉者身色蓝，一面四臂，最初两手结合掌印，被认为是观世音菩萨的标志。 之后两手拍击，是遣除诅咒等的方式，圆满具备忿怒尊的装束，于莲花日轮和诅咒物之上双足站立。 处于劫末火的火焰之中。 心间日轮之上的吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）的周围，咒鬘向右旋转，从那里发出的光芒供养十方，所有三根本的本尊众，都变成忿怒食肉者的身相，如雨般融入自身，获得灌顶和加持成就，安乐温暖如火般燃烧，自心 赤裸觉悟为法身。 如此观修并念诵此咒：嗡啊吽 洛卡夏瓦ra 卓达 吽 啪（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ལོ་ཀ་ཤྭ་ར་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：ओṃ आः हूँ लोकाश्वर क्रोध हूँ फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ lokeśvara krodha hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽，世间自在忿怒吽啪）！ 毫不怀疑地进行修持，是守护和遣除的殊胜法，吉祥安乐，长寿。 不会堕入三恶道，今生来世的一切利益都能成办。 萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 卡汤！ ഗുཧྱ（藏文：གུ་ཧྱ，梵文天城体：गुह्य，梵文罗马拟音：guhya，汉语字面意思：秘密）！ ཤུ་ཐཾ༔ ཤན༔ 如此以经论修持和口诀教言庄严，由伏藏大臣Ra Ga A Sy所造。 芒嘎拉姆！ 忿怒食肉者修持仪轨

The Daily Practice of the Wrathful Corpse Eater The Daily Practice of the Wrathful Corpse Eater SHA! I prostrate to Guru Rinpoche! To accomplish the Wrathful Corpse Eater, there is no need for daily practice substances; simply recite and contemplate this key point. Namo! I take refuge in the Three Jewels and the Three Roots, and all places of refuge. In order to establish all beings in the state of Buddhahood, I generate the supreme Bodhicitta. Instantly, I perfect the recollection of myself as the indivisible samaya and wisdom being, the Wrathful Corpse Eater, whose body is blue, with one face and four arms. The first two hands are joined in the mudra of reverence, known as the sign of Avalokiteśvara. The next two hands clap, in the manner of averting curses and the like. He is completely adorned with the attire of a wrathful deity, standing with his feet spread upon a lotus and sun disc above a corpse. He dwells within a mass of fire from the eons. At his heart, on a sun disc, around the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), the mantra garland revolves to the right. From this, rays of light emanate in the ten directions, offering to all the deities of the Three Roots. All transform into the form of the Wrathful Corpse Eater, dissolving into me like rain, obtaining empowerment, blessings, and accomplishments. Bliss and warmth blaze like fire, and the nature of mind is realized nakedly as the Dharmakaya. Thus, contemplate and recite this mantra: Om Ah Hum Loka Shwara Krodha Hum Phet (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ལོ་ཀ་ཤྭ་ར་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：ओṃ आः हूँ लोकाश्वर क्रोध हूँ फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ lokeśvara krodha hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽，世间自在忿怒吽啪)! Practicing without doubt, it is the supreme method of protection and aversion, bringing auspiciousness, happiness, and longevity. One will not go to the three lower realms, and all purposes of this life and the next will be accomplished. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Khatam! Guhya (藏文：གུ་ཧྱ，梵文天城体：गुह्य，梵文罗马拟音：guhya，汉语字面意思：Secret)!
