On the lotus moon above my crown, The root guru, the Victorious One with all the sons, Inseparable essence, the glorious Sga Lo Tsa, With the appearance of a monk, wearing Dharma robes and a pandita hat, The upper body naked, adorned with a red meditation belt, One face, wrathful smile, three eyes gazing into the sky, Two hands holding vajra and bell crossed at the heart, Abiding in the midst of swirling rainbows and flames. In the central channel of the body, the five chakras, At the crown, Chakrasamvara father and mother, white, Surrounded by eight hero and heroine deities of the body. At the throat, the Chakrasamvara of speech, red, Surrounded by eight dakinis of speech. At the heart, the Chakrasamvara of mind, dark blue, Surrounded by eight dakinis of mind. At the navel, the great bliss mandala, Surrounded by four heart mothers and eight gate guardians. At the secret place, Yeshe Gonpo father and mother, Crow-faced lion-faced mother and eight Legden dakinis. At the crown of the head, Vajradhara, the great Kagyu assembly, All appearing clearly like reflections in a clear, empty mirror. From the Akanishta realm and the twenty-four great sacred places, The root and lineage gurus, yidams, and dharma protectors, Descend and dissolve like snowflakes. E! Great Vajradhara, gurus of the Kagyu lineage, I pray, hold us with your compassion, Grant us the supreme blessings and siddhis. Chakrasamvara, sixty-two deities, I pray, bless us, Grant us both supreme and common siddhis. Dharma protector and guardian with the crow face, I pray, increase our power and strength, Swiftly accomplish the four activities. 从轮涅中，甘露之流从梵天之路降临，四障清净，圆满获得四灌顶，祈愿将四身之种子置于相续中。（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཿགུ་རུ་ཀུ་མ་ར་ཤྲི་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ॐ आः गुरु कुमार श्री सिद्धि हूँ स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ guru kumāra śrī siddhi hūṃ svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡 啊 咕噜 咕玛ra 悉地 吽 梭哈）如是尽力念诵。之后，上师身之本尊众，化光融入自身，无别融合。自心离戏光明赤裸显现，非为散乱，此乃无所执之禅修。自心不加修饰，自然放松安住，庸常之觉性，此乃自明赤裸，殊胜之法大印，噫玛火！如是修持上师瑜伽之善根，愿一切众生一生证得金刚持果位。此乃应仲措瓦·贡噶丹巴嘉措之劝请，于胜乐噶举译师之修行处，大成就者之佛塔附近，仓萨寝宫匆忙写就，愿利益一切众生。从阿ra嘎仁波切之手书文件中校正誊写。

From the cycle of samsara and nirvana, may the stream of nectar descend through the path of Brahma. May the four obscurations be purified, and the four empowerments be perfectly obtained. May the seeds of the four kayas be planted in the continuum. Oṃ Āḥ Guru Kumāra Śrī Siddhi Hūṃ Svāhā. Recite this as much as possible. Then, the assembly of deities of the Guru's body, dissolving into light, merges with oneself, becoming inseparable. One's own mind, free from elaboration, shines forth in naked clarity. This is not distraction; this is meditation without any object of focus. Leave your mind uncorrected, naturally relaxed. This ordinary awareness, this naked self-awareness, is the supreme Dharma, the Great Seal, Emaho! By the merit of practicing Guru Yoga in this way, may all beings attain the state of Vajradhara in one lifetime. This was written quickly at the Tsangsar residence near the stupa of the great accomplished one, the place of practice of the glorious Gya Lotsawa, at the urging of Drung Tshowa Kunga Tenpa Gyatso, may it benefit all.
