南却·意之伏藏中阿郭拉的阿郭拉修法。 南却·意之伏藏中阿郭拉的阿郭拉修法。 南却·意之伏藏中有阿郭拉的阿郭拉修法。嗡！向黑汝嘎顶礼！阿郭拉之修法者，无坛城且无朵玛，观想黑色阿郭拉，右手持人骨杖，左手持颅器，双足立于仇敌尸体之上，身披黑色大氅，其心间黑色吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），放射出黑色光芒，以此迎请融入无量同类，嗡 达玛巴拉 阿郭拉 吽 吽 匝 匝 帕 帕 梭哈（藏文：ཨོཾ་དྷམ་པཱ་ལ་ཨ་གོ་ར་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཛ་ཛ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ dhampāla agora hūṃ hūṃ ja ja phaṭ phaṭ svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡 护法 阿郭拉 吽 吽 匝 匝 帕 帕 梭哈）！如是则成就阿郭拉。萨玛雅！印印印！卡唐！古雅！此之口诀为：右持黑色人骨杖卡唐，具足一切忿怒装束及靴鞋，双足并立而站。萨玛雅！印印印！此乃化身敏久多吉（1656）十二岁时，火猴年（1656）射月（藏历九月）初六清晨，与玛哈嘎拉阿郭拉现观相符，亲见一面后，亲口宣说此修法。 南却·意之伏藏中阿郭拉的阿郭拉修法。

The Sadhana of Agora is: without mandala and without torma, visualize the black Agora, the right hand holds a skull staff, the left hand holds a skull cup, with both feet standing on the corpse of the enemy, wearing a black cloak on the body, from the black Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，हूँ，hūṃ，Hūṃ) at its heart, black rays of light emanate, inviting and dissolving immeasurable similar ones, Oṃ Dhampāla Agora Hūṃ Hūṃ Ja Ja Phaṭ Phaṭ Svāhā (ཨོཾ་དྷམ་པཱ་ལ་ཨ་གོ་ར་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཛ་ཛ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ，oṃ dhampāla agora hūṃ hūṃ ja ja phaṭ phaṭ svāhā，Oṃ Protector Agora Hūṃ Hūṃ Ja Ja Phaṭ Phaṭ Svāhā)! Thus, Agora is accomplished. Samaya! Seal Seal Seal! Khatham! Guhya! The oral instruction for this is: the right hand holds a black skull staff khatam, complete with all wrathful attire and boots, standing with both feet together. Samaya! Seal Seal Seal! This was spoken by the emanation Mingyur Dorje at the age of twelve, on the morning of the sixth day of the Sagittarius month (ninth month of the Tibetan calendar) in the Fire Monkey year (1656), after seeing the face of Mahakala Agora in accordance with the Abhisambodhi, and directly spoke this sadhana.
