以天铁之轮足，如雍仲般刺穿仇敌之脑。穿鞋，观想鞋带为黑蛇缠绕并束紧。晚上睡觉时，亦以足压之，观想鞋带为蛇缠绕而眠。如此行五七日，若现自呕吐之征兆，则为成就之相。勿居一处，行走持咒，则益加深奥。纵然财物之间有大河阻隔，亦无疑能取回。此法虽多，然此甚深，具足一切，含括实修，实为可信赖之法。然未书尽。吉祥圆满！ 此乃从秘密隐藏之纸卷中，二十傲慢之命根，黑力士（Thubpa Nakpo）之甚深口诀。

Mangalam! This is a profound instruction of the Black Powerful One (Thubpa Nakpo), the life force of the twenty arrogant ones, from a secretly hidden scroll.
